| Abstract: | พัฒนาคู่มือแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีสำหรับงานวิเคราะห์ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศประเภทหนังสือและวิทยานิพนธ์ สถาบันวิทยบริการ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และเพื่อลดปริมาณทรัพยากรสารสนเทศประเภทหนังสือ และวิทยานิพนธ์ที่ตกค้างทั้งหมด ขั้นตอนของการดำเนินงานวิจัยเริ่มจากการศึกษาทฤษฏีและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และศึกษากระบวนการทำงานในฝ่ายวิเคราะห์ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอย่างละเอียด และดัชนีชี้วัดผลการดำเนินงานของบรรณารักษ์แต่ละบุคคลย้อนหลัง 3 ปี เพื่อค้นหาปัญหาในกระบวนการทำงาน ต่อจากนั้น หาวิธีการวิเคราะห์กระบวนการทำงานของทรัพยากรสารสนเทศประเภทหนังสือ และวิทยานิพนธ์แต่ละขั้นตอนอย่างละเอียด โดยใช้หลักการวิเคราะห์ 5W 1H แผนผังก้างปลา และ ECRS พร้อมกับ FAQ ในการค้นหาสาเหตุปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นบ่อยๆ กับบุคลากร ต่อจากนั้นจะทำการปรับปรุงขั้นตอนต่างๆ เพื่อลดระยะเวลาในกระบวนการทำงาน นอกจากนั้นใช้แนวทางการจัดการความรู้มาเปรียบเทียบกับห้องสมุดที่มีการจัดการที่ดีในการปรับปรุง ซึ่งเริ่มจากการสัมภาษณ์บรรณารักษ์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลต่างๆ แล้วประมวลผลจัดทำเป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติที่ดี หลังจากนั้นนำผลลัพธ์ที่ได้ไปทดลองใช้ในกระบวนการทำงาน จากการปรับปรุงคือ เปอร์เซ็นต์ของปริมาณทรัพยากรสารสนเทศประเภทหนังสือและวิทยานิพนธ์ที่ตกค้างลดลง จาก 67.67% เหลือเพียง 30.04% |
| Other Abstract: | To develop the good practice manual for library information resources cataloging of books and thesis in Center of Academic Resources, Chulalongkorn University, and for decreasing backlog of books and thesis. Methodology in this research is to establish comprehensive theory and literature review and study the method of flow process and performance indicator 3 years backward for finding the problems. The books and Thesis, Each method of flow process by using is then analyzed 5W 1H, Fishbone Diagram and ECRS as well as, FQA. The method of flow process (has be improved to reduce) the time within the process. Moreover, knowledge management is used for improvement for good practice of a benchmarked good library. Step of improvement start with interview the librarian for finding the good practice, collect and evaluate the data to good practice guide and apply to flow process. Improvement showed that the backlog book and thesis decrease from 67.67% to 30.04%. |
