| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อสำรวจปัญหาในปัจจุบันในการใช้หลักสูตรมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ฉบับพุทธศักราช 2518 ในโรงเรียนมัธยมแบบประผสม วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสำหรับบุคลากรที่มีส่วนในการใช้หลักสูตรดังกล่าว ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา อาจารย์ผู้สอน และเจ้าหน้าที่ต่างๆ ในโรงเรียนซึ่งได้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่แนะแนว เจ้าหน้าที่ทะเบียน เจ้าหน้าที่วัดผลการศึกษา และเจ้าหน้าที่ห้องสมุด บุคลากรเหล่านี้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ในโรงเรียนมัธยมแบบประสม สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการจำนวน 20 โรงเรียน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมาจากผู้ตอบจำนวน 603 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 94.21 ของแบบสอบถามที่ส่งไปทั้งหมด แบบสอบถามดังกล่าวมี 14 ชุด แต่ละชุดประกอบด้วยแบบตรวจสอบ และมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สัดส่วนค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลของการวิจัย ข้อมูลจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้สรุปได้ว่า การประกาศใช้หลักสูตรประโยคมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ฉบับพุทธศักราช 2518 อย่างกะทันหันทำให้เกิดปัญหาต่างๆ ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาประสมดังต่อไปนี้ ในด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร ผู้บริหารประสบปัญหาในด้านความเพียงพอของหนังสือหลักสูตรและเอกสารชุดคู่มือประกอบหลักสูตร ความสอดคล้องของหลักสูตรหมวดวิชาชีพที่มีต่อความต้องการของนักเรียน ความเพียงพอของจำนวนบุคลากรที่รับผิดชอบงานด้านต่างๆ และการจัดโปรแกรมเรียนให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพของท้องถิ่นในด้านการสอน มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับ (1) ความไม่เพียงพอของเวลาในการสอนให้ครบตามหลักสูตร การฝึกปฏิบัติ การทำแบบฝึกหัดและการให้นักเรียนศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเอง (2) การขาดแคลนหนังสือแบบเรียน การจัดหาอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นประกอบการสอน (3) ความไม่เพียงพอของเอกสารประกอบการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรใหม่ (4) อาเขียนจุดมุ่งหมายเชิงพฤติกรรมของอาจารย์ผู้สอน (5) การขาดแคลนวิทยากรในหมวดวิชาพลานามัย (6) การเปิดสอนรายวิชาตามความถนัดและความสนใจของนักเรียน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในวิชาศิลปศึกษาและศิลปะปฏิบัติ นอกจากนั้นยังมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการจัดเนื้อหาในบางหมวดวิชาในด้านการจัดเนื้อหาวิชาให้นักเรียนสามารถนำไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน และการเปิดสอนรายวิชาชีพต่างๆ เพื่อสนองความต้องการของท้องถิ่น เจ้าหน้าที่ทั้ง 4 ฝ่าย ซึ่งได้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่แนะแนว เจ้าหน้าที่ทะเบียน เจ้าหน้าที่วัดผลการศึกษาและเจ้าหน้าที่ห้องสมุด ประสบปัญหาคล้ายคลึงกันในเรื่อง (1) การขาดแคลนบุคลากรที่จะทำหน้าที่แต่ละฝ่ายโดยตรง (2) ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับเวลาที่เจ้าหน้าที่แต่ละฝ่ายปฏิบัติงาน ซึ่งมีเวลาจำกัด เพราะต้องรับผิดชอบงานด้านการสอนด้วย สำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ห้องสมุดยังมีปัญหาในด้านความไม่เพียงพอของหนังสือประกอบการเรียนตามหลักสูตรใหม่ ขนาดของห้องสมุด และในงบประมาณในการดำเนินงานอีกด้วย | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The Purpose of the Study This study was conducted to survey the problems of 2518 B.E. Upper Secondary School Curriculum implementation in Comprehensive Schools. Procedures Questionnaire was distributed to personnel involved in the implementation of the curriculum. They consisted of school administrators, department heads, instructors, and auxiliary staff which included (1) librarians; (2) evaluators; (3) counselors; and (4) registrars. Twenty comprehensive schools under the control of the General Education Department, Ministry of Education, were included in this research. From 603 questionnaire copies sent, 94.21 percent were returned. There were 14 sets of questionnaires. Each set consisted of three sections: checklist, rating scale; and open - ended. Data was analyzed using proportion, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. Findings It was found out that the abrupt curriculum change brought about the following problems: Curriculum administrative aspect, the administrators expressed the problems of (1) shortage of curriculum and curriculum materials; (2) relevancy of vocational area to the students' needs; (3) lack of sufficient personnel responsible for various of school works; (4) adapting the national curriculum to the community heeds. Instructional aspect, the following problems were found (1) inadequate provision of time for complete coverage, drills, and independent study; (2) lack of text books and necessary teaching aids; (3) shortage of instructional materials; (4) inadequate knowledge and understanding in writing behavioral objective; (5) lack of instructor in the physical education field; (6) being unable to offer courses according to aptitude and interest of students, and in some field, to the occupational demands in the community. Concerning the four categories of staffs, namely: counselors, registrars, evaluators and librarians, the following two common problems were located: (1) shortage of personnel directly educated and trained for their particular functions; (2) the staff could not devote their time completely to their responsibility since they had many ether chores in their responsibility.
