| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนากระบวนทัศน์การบริหารสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย 2) นำเสนอกระบวนทัศน์ที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย และ 3) นำเสนอกลยุทธ์การพัฒนากระบวนทัศน์การบริหารสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัยของคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎในกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคเหนือใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย ประชากรคือ สาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัยของคณะครุศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎในกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคเหนือ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย คณบดีคณะครุศาสตร์ ประธานสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย อาจารย์สาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย นักศึกษาภาคปกติ สาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย ชั้นปีที่ 2-5 บัณฑิตและผู้ใช้บัณฑิตจำนวน 462 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้าง แบบตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของกลยุทธ์และแนวคำถามการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ด้วยสถิติบรรยายได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบค่า “ที” (t-test) ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .01 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการใช้เทคนิค Modified Priority Needs Index (PNmodified) ในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎในกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคเหนือ บริหารสาขาตามกระบวนทัศน์การบริหารแบบเดิมมากกว่ากระบวนทัศน์การบริหารแบบใหม่ ทั้งในสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยของสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนากระบวนทัศน์การบริหารแบบเดิมมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่ากระบวนทัศน์การบริหารแบบใหม่ 5 ด้าน จาก 8 ด้าน ส่วนอีก 3 ด้านพบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนากระบวนทัศน์การบริหารแบบใหม่สูงกว่ากระบวนทัศน์การบริหารแบบเดิม 2) กระบวนทัศน์ที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัยของคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎ ในกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคเหนือ ที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการสร้างจิตสำนึกในสังคม (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.50) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายประเด็น พบว่า กระบวนทัศน์ที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย ที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ (1) นำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปใช้ในการพัฒนาสังคม (ค่าเฉลี่ย =4.60) และ (2) ปลูกฝังให้นักศึกษามีจิตสำนึกที่คำนึงถึงประโยชน์ของสังคมส่วนรวม (ค่าเฉลี่ย =4.52) 3) กลยุทธ์การพัฒนากระบวนทัศน์การบริหารสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัยของคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎในกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคเหนือ ประกอบด้วย 5 กลยุทธ์หลัก คือ 1) กลยุทธ์การบริหารสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย 2) กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการ 3) กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาอาจารย์และนักศึกษา 4) กลยุทธ์การพัฒนานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี และ 5) กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาเครือข่ายการศึกษาปฐมวัย ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้คือ ควรจะส่งเสริมให้สาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัยมีการพัฒนากระบวนทัศน์การบริหารในด้านต่าง ๆ ดังนี้ (1) ด้านจิตสำนึกในสังคม (2) ด้านยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาล (3) ด้านสังคมฐานความรู้ และ (4) ด้านเครือข่าย |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current and desirable state of development of management paradigm in Early Childhood Education Division 2) to present a desirable management paradigm of Early Childhood Education Division and 3) to present strategies for development of the management paradigm in Early Childhood Education Division, Faculty of Education in Rajabhat Universities in the Northern Region. This research used descriptive research method. Population consisted 462 people from Early Childhood Education Division, Faculty of Education in Rajabhat Universities in the Northern Region. Informant included deans, chairmen of the branches, instructors, students grade 2 – grade 5, graduates, and users of graduates. The research tools consisted of questionnaires, unstructured interviews, investigation forms on strategy appropriateness, and questions for a focus group discussion. Quantitative data were analyzed by means of deacriptive statistics to acquire frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. A t-test was employed to determine the significant differences at the .01 level. Qualitative data were analyzed by a Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) technique to prioritize the needs. The findings were as follows : 1) Early Childhood Education Division, Faculty of Education in Rajabhat Universities in the Northern Region used a more traditional management paradigm than the new management paradigm in both the current and desirable state. Each criteria showed that the average of the current and desirable state of the traditional management paradigm were higher than the new management paradigm only in 5 of the 8 factors. 2) The highest desirable management paradigm in Early Childhood Education Division, Faculty of Education in Rajabhat Universities in the Northern Region was the conciousness in society (mean = 4.50). Issues that showed the highest desirable management paradigm in Early Childhood Education Division were (1) the knowledge used in social development (mean = 4.60) and (2) students should cultivate the sense to consider the interests of society as a whole (mean = 4.52). 3) Strategic development of management paradigm in Early Childhood Education Division, Faculty of Education in Rajabhat Universities in the Northern Region consisted of 5 main strategies : (1) management strategy of Early Childhood Education Division, (2) academic administration strategy, (3) teachers and students development strategy, (4) the development of innovation and technology strategy, and (5) the development of early childhood education network strategy. A recommendation for the implementation of research results is to foster paradigm development in the following areas : (1) conciousness in society, (2) principles of good governance, (3) knowledge – based society, and (4) network development. |
