dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้ต้องการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความสนใจวิชาชีววิทยาระหว่างนักเรียนชายกับนักเรียนหญิง นักเรียนโรงเรียนรัฐบาลกับนักเรียนโรงเรียนราษฎร์ และนักเรียนที่มีภูมิลำเนาต่างกัน โดยใช้ตัวอย่างประชากร จำนวน 460 วัน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบแยกชั้น(Stratified Random Sampling) รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบวัดความสนใจ (Interest Inventory) ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง ซึ่งประกอบด้วยข้อความ 52 ข้อ แต่ละข้อได้ผ่านการตัดสินของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 9 ท่าน และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แห่งความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.89 แล้ววิเคราะห์หาความแตกต่างของคะแนนความสนใจวิชาชีววิทยาระหว่างนักเรียนชายกับนักเรียนหญิง ระหว่างนักเรียนโรงเรียนรัฐบาลกับนักเรียนโรงเรียนราษฎร์ด้วยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ระหว่างนักเรียนโรงเรียนรัฐบาลกับนักเรียนโรงเรียนราษฎร์ด้วยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ระหว่างนักเรียนที่มีภูมิลำเนาต่างกันด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบชั้นเดียว และการทดสอบค่าที ผลปรากฏว่านักเรียนหญิงสนใจวิชาชีววิทยามากกว่านักเรียนชาย และนักเรียนโรงเรียนรัฐบาลกับนักเรียนโรงเรียนราษฎร์และนักเรียนที่มีภูมิลำเนาต่างกันมีความสนใจวิชาชีววิทยาไม่แตกต่างกัน
dc.description.abstractalternative	This study was aimed at comparing interests in Biology between students of different sexes, different types of schools and different geographical regions. A sample of 460 students was selected by means of a stratified random sampling method. An interest inventory composed of 52 items. Jury opinion and Kuder-Richardson Formula 20 were used to find construct validity and reliability coefficient which were .88 and .89 respectively. Data were analyzed by using t-test and one-way analysis of variance Results indicated that girls are more interested in Biology than boys. Type of school, i.e., public VS private, and geographical region showed no effect upon the Biology interests measured.
