dc.description.abstractการศึกษาความชอบของยุง Armigeres subalbatus ต่อน้ำหวานที่ระดับความเข้มข้นต่างๆ ในห้องปฏิบัติการ พบว่ายุงชอบน้ำหวานความเข้มข้น 2% มากที่สุด เมื่อนำน้ำหวานความเข้มข้น 2 % ที่ใส่กลิ่นสังเคราะห์ 0.2% กลิ่นกล้วยหอมสังเคราะห์ 0.1% และกลิ่นสับปะรดสังเคราะห์ 0.2 % ซึ่งเป็นระดับความเข้มข้นที่ยุงชอบมาเปรียบเทียบกับ พบว่ายุงชอบกลิ่นสังเคราะห์ 0.2% ในน้ำหวานความเข้มข้น 2% มากที่สุด และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความชอบของยุงระหว่างกลิ่นสังเคราะห์ 0.2% ในน้ำหวานความเข้มข้น 2% กับน้ำส้มเขียวหวานปรากฏว่ายุงชอบกลิ่นสังเคราะห์ 0.2% ในน้ำหวานความเข้มข้น 2% มากกว่า เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างยุงที่เลี้ยงด้วยแพนวิตามินซัยรัป 5% น้ำหวานความเข้มข้น 2% และน้ำส้มเขียวหวาน โดยให้กินเลือดจากแฮมเตอร์สีทองเพียงครั้งเดียว พบว่ายุงเหล่านี้เริ่มวางไข่หลังจากกินเลือดแล้ว 2 วัน ซึ่งยุงที่เลี้ยงด้วยแพนตามินซัยรัป 5% สามารถวางไข่ได้นานที่สุดถึง 27 วัน มีค่าเฉลี่ยของไข่ต่อตัวสูงสุดเท่ากับ 111.3 ฟอง และอายุเฉลี่ยของยุงตัวเมียสูงที่สุดเท่ากับ 27.4±8.06 วัน สำหรับยุงที่เลี้ยงด้วยน้ำส้มเขียวหวาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยของการวางไข่ต่อตัวต่อวัน อัตราการฟักตัวของไข่ และอัตราการอยู่รอดจากไข่จนเป็นตัวเต็มวัยสูงที่สุดเท่ากับ 10.81 ฟอง 69.41% และ 54.64% ตามลำดับ อย่างไรก็ตาม ในยุงที่เลี้ยงด้วยน้ำหวานทั้งสามชนิดดังกล่าว มีระยะฟักตัวของไข่ เวลาการเจริญเติบโตของลูกน้ำ และระยะดักแด้ใกล้เคียงกัน-
dc.description.abstractalternativeA study on the preference of Armigeres subalbatus to different concentrations of sucrose solution was conducted in the laboratory. The result showed that the mosquitoes most preferred 2% sucrose solu-tion. Comparison of the preferred concentrations of 0.2% orange, 0.1% banana and 0.2% pineapple flavours in 2% sucrose solution showed that mosquitoes preferred 0.2% orange flavour more than others. When 0.2% orange flavour in 2% sucrose solution and orange juice from citrus reticulata were compared, mosquitoes preferred 0.2% orange flavour in 2% sucrose solution more than the orange juice. Three groups of mosquitoes were separately reared on 5% panvitamin syrup, 2% sucrose solution and orange juice from citrus reticulata as sugar source. After taking single blood meal from golden hamster, the mosquitoes oviposited their eggs two days later. The 5% panvitamin syrup reared mosquitoes had the longest egg laying period of 27 days, the highest average of 111.13 eggs per female and the longest average female longevity of 27.4±8.06 days. The orange juice reared mosquitoes had the highest average daily egg laying of 10.81 eggs per female, the highest egg hatching rate of 69.41% and the highest survival rate of 54.64%. However, the times required for the development of eggs, larvae and pupae were similar in all three groups.-
