| Abstract: | วิทยานิพนธ์นี้ได้ประยุกต์ระบบระบุเอกลักษณ์วัตถุแบบอัตโนมัติด้วยรหัสแถบเพื่อจัดการคลังพัสดุ โดยใช้กรณีศึกษา 2 กรณีคือ ที่หอสมุดและคลังยาของโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ ในกรณีศึกษาแรกเป็นการพัฒนาระบบขึ้นใช้ที่แผนกรับ-จ่ายหนังสือ หอสมุดคณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเหมาะสมทางด้านการปฏิบัติงานและด้านการลงทุนของระบบ จากการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบพบว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการ ลดความผิดพลาดในการบันทึกข้อมูล มีขั้นตอนการใช้งานที่ง่ายเป็นที่พึงพอใจของทั้งผู้ใช้และผู้ให้บริการและราคาที่ไม่สูงมากนักเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับประสิทธิภาพที่ได้รับ ในกรณีศึกษาที่สองได้มีการออกแบบระบบการจัดการคลังพัสดุโดยใช้รหัสแถบที่คลังยาโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อลดความสูญเสียและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานด้านต่างๆ อันได้แก่ การควบคุมปริมาณยา การป้องกันยาหมดอายุ การป้องกันยาหายและการป้องกันยาขาดมือ |
| Other Abstract: | This thesis illustrates applications of Automatic Identification Systems using bar codes, for inventory management. Two cases at Chulalongkorn Hospital were employed; one at the library, the other at the Main Drug Store. In the first case, a system was developed at the desk circulation to study its operational and economical feasibility. The results showed that the system could improve the services and reduce errors in data collection at relatively low cost. It was also easy to operate, which satisfied both the operators and the users of the library. In the second case, an inventory management system, using bar codes, was designed for the Main Drug store. The purpose of the system were to reduce the losses and to improve the efficiency in several operations including inventory level control and prevention of expiration, theft and shortage. |
