| dc.description.abstract | ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์พยาบาลต่อการวางแผนการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนพยาบาลในสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย ปัญหา 1. การวางแผนการเรียนการสอน ด้านทฤษฏีและภาคปฏิบัติของโรงเรียนพยาบาลในสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐแต่ละแห่งแตกต่างกันหรือไม่ 2. อาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีวุฒิต่ำกว่าระดับปริญญาตรี ปริญญาตรี และสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี มีความคิดเห็นต่อการวางแผนการเรียนการสอนของสถาบันแตกต่างกันหรือไม่ 3. อาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานมากและน้อย มีความคิดเห็นต่อการวางแผนการเรียนการสอนของสถาบันแตกต่างกันหรือไม่ 4. อาจารย์พยาบาลในส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาคมีความคิดเห็นต่อการวางแผนการเรียนการสอนของสถาบันแตกต่างกันหรือไม่ 5.อาจารย์พยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งบริหารและผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา มีความคิดเห็นต่อการวางแผนการเรียนการสอนของสถาบันแตกต่างกันหรือไม่ สมมติฐานการวิจัย 1. การวางแผนการเรียนการสอน ด้านทฤษฏีและภาคปฏิบัติของโรงเรียนพยาบาลในสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐแต่ละแห่งมีความแตกต่างกัน 2. อาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีวุฒิต่ำกว่าระดับปริญญาตรี ปริญญาตรี และสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี มีความคิดเห็นต่อการวางแผนการเรียนการสอนของสถาบันแตกต่างกัน 3. อาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานมากและน้อย มีความคิดเห็นต่อการวางแผนการเรียนการสอนของสถาบันแตกต่างกัน 4. อาจารย์พยาบาลในส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาคมีความคิดเห็นต่อการวางแผนการเรียนการสอนของสถาบันแตกต่างกัน 5. อาจารย์พยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งบริหารและผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา มีความคิดเห็นต่อการวางแผนการเรียนการสอนของสถาบันแตกต่างกัน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คืออาจารย์พยาบาลในสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ 5 สถาบัน จำนวน 274 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นเอง โดยนำไปหาความตรงด้านเนื้อหา (Content validity) และความเที่ยง (Reliability) ของแบบสอบถาม โดยวิธี Split-Half Method ของ Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient และ Spearman-Brown กับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและนิสิตปริญญาโท แผนกวิชาพยาบาลศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 21 คน เมื่อปรับปรุงแก้ไขแล้ว นำไปใช้กับประชากรที่เลือกไว้ ได้แบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์คืน 218 ชุด คิดเป็น 79.56% จึงนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-Test) และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-Test) ผลการวิจัย 1. จากการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนของค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ของการวางแผนการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนพยาบาล ในสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ และกิจกรรมมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ซึ่งยอมรับสมมติฐานข้อ 1 ที่วางไว้ 2. จากการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่ำกว่าระดับปริญญาตรี ปริญญาตรี และสูงกว่าปริญญาตรีต่อการวางแผนการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนพยาบาลในสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐโดยการทดสอบค่าที แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งยอมรับสมมติฐานข้อ 2 ที่วางไว้ 3. จากการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีประสบการณ์ การทำงานในสถาบัน1-5 ปี และ 6 ปีขึ้นไป ต่อการวางแผนการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนพยาบาลในสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ โดยการทดสอบค่าทีไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งปฏิเสธ สมมติฐานข้อ 3 ที่วางไว้ 4. จากการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์พยาบาลที่อยู่ในส่วนกลาง และส่วนภูมิภาคต่อการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนพยาบาลในสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ โดยการทดสอบค่าที แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งยอมรับ สมมติฐานข้อ 4 ที่วางไว้ 5. จากการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์พยาบาลที่อยู่ในตำแหน่งผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ต่อการวางแผนการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนพยาบาลในสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ โดยการทดสอบค่าที แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งยอมรับสมมติฐานข้อ 5 ที่วางไว้ | |

Was there difference in planning of learning and teaching between diploma, degree nursing instructors, and master, doctoral degree nursing instructors ? 3. Was there difference in planning of learning and teaching between 1 to 5 years of experience and more than 6 years of experience of nursing instructors ? 4. Was there difference in planning of learning and teaching of nursing, instructors in central and regional univer¬sities ? 5. Was there difference in planning of learning and teaching between nursing administrators and nursing instructors? Hypothesis 1. There was difference in all activities comparing between various Schools of Nursing in the state Universities Bureau in Planning of learning and teaching. 2. There was difference in planning of learning and teaching between diploma, degree nursing instructors and master, doctoral degree nursing instructors. 3. There was difference in planning of learning and teaching between 1 to 5 years of experience and more than 6 years of experience of nursing instructors. 4. There was difference in planning of learning and teaching of nursing instructors in central and regional universities. 5. There was difference in planning of learning and teaching between nursing administrators and nursing instructors. Methods and Procedures The selected samples for this study was selected 274 instructors from 5 Schools of Nursing in the state Universities Bureau. The questionnaires developed by the researcher was to conduct a pretest for content validity and reliability by Split Half Method (Pearson product-moment Correlation Coeffici¬ent and Spearman-Brown) With 21 graduate students in the field of Nursing Administration of the Department of Nursing Education, Graduate Faculty, Chulalongkom University. There were only 218 selected samples (or 79.56%) filled out the questionnaire completely. Various statistical methods had been used, such as percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-Test and F-Test. The Major Findings 1.There was statistically significant difference by F-Test in all activities comparing between various Schools of Nursing in planning of learning and teaching at the p < .01 level. The hypothesis was strongly supported. 2. There was statistically significant difference by t-Test in planning of learning and teaching between diploma, degree nursing instructors and master, doctoral degree nursing instructors at the p < .05 level. Definitely, the hypothesis was highly supported.3. There was not statistically significant difference by t-Test in planning of learning and teaching between 1 to 5 years of experience and more than 6 years of experience of nursing instructors at the p < .05 level. Therefore the hypothesis was rejected. 4. There was statistically significant difference by t-Test in planning of learning and teaching of nursing instructors in central and regional universities at the p <. 05 level. Unquestionably the hypothesis was strongly supported. 5. There was statistically significant difference by t-Test in planning of learning and teaching between nursing administrators and nursing instructors at the p < 05 level. Certainly the hypothesis was highly supported. | |
