dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งที่จะสำรวจการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดูแลสุขภาพอนามัยตนเองภายใต้โครงการสาธารณสุขมูลฐานของประชากรในกรุงเทพมหานครที่อยู่ในเขตชุมชนรอบในและรอบนอก และเปรียบเทียบการเข้าร่วมของทั้ง 2 ชุมชน รวมทั้งความสัมพันธ์ของการเข้าร่วม กับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลสุขภาพอนามัย ภายใต้เงื่อนไขเดียวกัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประชากรในเขตรอบในเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดูแลสุขภาพอนามัยตนเองภายใต้โครงการสาธารณสุขมูลฐานรวมทุกด้านสูงกว่ารอบนอกที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 2. ในแต่ละด้านของงานสาธารณสุขมูลฐาน พบว่างานด้านโภชนาการ การสร้างเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันโรคและการควบคุมโรคระบาด การจัดหายาที่จำเป็น และการวางแผนครบครัวการอนามัยแม่และเด็กของประชากรเขตรอบในมีการเข้าร่วมสูงกว่าประชากรเขตรอบนอกที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 3. ประชากรรอบนอกเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดูแลสุขภาพอนามัยตนเองภายใต้โครงการสาธารณสุขมูลฐานสูงกว่ารอบในที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติเพียงด้านเดียวคือ การสุขาภิบาลสิ่งแวดล้อม 4. ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดูแลสุขภาพอนามัยตนเองภายใต้โครงการสาธารณสุขมูลฐานของชุมชนรอบในคือ อายุ อาชีพ รายได้ แหล่งที่ไปรับการรักษาพยาบาลแหล่งข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพอนามัย การให้คำแนะนำด้านสุขภาพอนามัยของ อสส. 5. ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเข้าร่วมในการดูแลสุขภาพอนามัยตนเอง ภายใต้โครงการสาธารณสุขมูลฐานของชุมชนรอบนอก คือ จำนวนสมาชิก ในครอบครัว การศึกษา ฐานะของครอบครัว การรับรู้บทบาทของ ผสส./อสม. แหล่งข่าวสาร สาธารณสุข การให้คำแนะนำด้านสุขภาพอนามัยของเจ้าหน้าที่และอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข 6. ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเข้าร่วมในการดูแลสุขภาพอนามัยตนเอง ภายใต้โครงการสาธารณสุขมูลฐานของทั้ง 2 ชุมชน คือ จำนวนสมาชิกในครอบครัว การศึกษา ค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาล การรับรู้บทบาทของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข การให้คำแนะนำด้านสุขภาพอนามัยของเจ้าหน้าที่และอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research were to survey and compare self care activity participation under Primary Health Care program of people living in the inner and outer areas of Bangkok Metropolis and in addition to study knowledge correlation between self care activity participation and some factors influent self care activity participation under Primary Health Care program. Findings: 1. Significance differences at .05 level were found on self care activity participation of people living in the inner area in all aspects of Primary Health Care program were higher than people living in the outer area. 2. In each aspect of Primary Health Care program, significance differences at .05 level were found on self care activity participation of people living in the inner area in nutritions, immunization and epidermical control, first aid drugs, family planning and mother and child health care were higher than that of people living in the outer area. 3. Significance differences at .05 level were found on self care activity participation of people living in the outer area in environmental sanitation was higher than people living in the inner area. 4. There was relation at .05 level statisfically significance differences between self care activity participation and factors influent self care activity participation on age, occupation, health utilized place, source of health information, health education by health volunteers. 5. There was relation at .05 level statistically significances differences between self care activity participation of people living in the outer areas and factors that influent self care activity participation on number of family members, education, income/payment, sickness health volunteer’s role interest, health information sources and health suggestions of officers and health volunteers. 6. There was relation at .05 level statistically significance differences between self care activity participation of people living in both areas and factors that influent self care activity participation in number of family members, education, health service payment, health volunteer’s role interest and health suggestion of officers and health volunteers.
