dc.description.abstractวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1.เพื่อศึกษาให้ทราบถึงปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของผู้ประสานงานกรมสามัญศึกษา 2. เพื่อศึกษาให้ทราบถึงลำดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของผู้ประสานงานกรมสามัญศึกษา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือผู้ประสานงานกรมสามัญศึกษา ในปี พ.ศ.2526 แบบสอบถามที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมีจำนวน 2 ชุด คือ แบบวัดความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน และแบบวัดความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน คือ ตัวแปรอิสระจำนวน 15 ตัว ได้แก่ ความสำเร็จของงาน การได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ ลักษณะงาน ความรับผิดชอบ ความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งการงาน โอกาสที่จะได้รับความก้าวหน้าในอนาคต ความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชา ความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน นโยบายและการบริหารงาน สถานภาพทางสังคม การนิเทศงาน สภาพการทำงาน ความมั่นคงในงาน เงินเดือน และชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ส่วนตัว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ถกถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นๆ สรุปผลการวิจัย 1.ปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของผู้ประสานงานกรมสามัญศึกษา คือ ความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชา และ นโยบายและการบริหารงาน 2. ลำดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของผู้ประสานงานกรมสามัญศึกษา คือ ความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชา และ นโยบายและการบริหารงาน ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยปรากฎในรูปสมการที่เป็นคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐานตามลำดับดังนี้ Y = 32.70647 + 1.17498X7 + 1.254207X11 Z = .48733Z7 + .46764Z11-
dc.description.abstractalternativePurposes of the Study To find out the main factors affecting job satisfaction of the General Education Department’s Co-ordinators and the order of contribution of these factors Methodology The samples were the General Education Department’s Co-ordinators in the year 1983. The job satisfaction and the independent variables questionairs were used as the instruments. The independent variables were achievement, recognitions, work, itself, responsibility, advancement, possibility of growth, relationship with supervisor, relationship with peers, status, supervision, policy and administration, work conditions, security, salary and personal life. The stepwise multiple regression analysis was used to analize the data. Finding of the Research 1.The main factors affecting job satisfaction of the General Education Department’s Co-ordinators are relationship with supervisor and policy and administration (p < .001) 2. The order of the factors are : a) Relationship with supervisor b) Policy and administration The function derived from the analysis are : Y = 32.70647 + 1.17498X7 + 1.254207X11 (Unstandardized scores) Z = .48733Z7 + .46764Z11 (Standardized scores)-
