| Abstract: | ศึกษาการพัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นที่จัดโดยชุมชน กรณีศึกษา โรงเรียนชุมชนตำบลท่าหลวง อำเภอเสนา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ คณะทำงานเพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนชุมชน วิทยากรท้องถิ่นที่ทำหน้าที่ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนชุมชน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบสังเกตการสอนในชั้นเรียนและแบบศึกษาเอกสาร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ขั้นเตรียมการการศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานเบื้องต้น ผู้นำชุมชนและคนในชุมชนร่วมกันหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในชุมชน ในด้านปัญหายาเสพติด การว่างงาน และการละทิ้งถิ่นฐานเข้าไปทำงานในชุมชนเมือง ปัญหาเศรษฐกิจและสิ่งแวดล้อม ได้ข้อสรุปคือ ปัญหาทุกข้อมีความเกี่ยวพันต่อเนื่องกัน ควรแก้ปัญหาในระยะยาวด้วยการก่อตั้งโรงเรียนชุมชนเพื่อเป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับอาชีพและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น โดยโรงเรียนชุมชนมีแนวการจัดการเรียนการสอนเน้นการแก้ปัญหา และพัฒนาความเป็นอยู่ของคนในชุมชนมีเนื้อหา 8 กลุ่มสาระคือ สิ่งแวดล้อม ศิลปวัฒนธรรม สังคม จิตใจ สุขภาพ การเมือง เศรษฐกิจ และการศึกษา การสรรหาบุคลากรจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น งบประมาณได้รับการสนับสนุนจากองค์กรเอกชนต่างๆ ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ การจัดทำหลักสูตรชุมชน จัดตั้งคณะทำงานเพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น กำหนดจุดประสงค์ของหลักสูตร เนื้อหา และกิจกรรมของหลักสูตรสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้เรียนและการแก้ปัญหาในชุมชน เน้นการปฏิบัติเพื่อพัฒนาไปเป็นอาชีพ และใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน มีการจัดทำเอกสารประกอบการเรียนการสอน สื่อการเรียนการสอนเป็นของจริงและหาได้ง่ายในท้องถิ่น เกณฑ์การวัดผลประเมินผลใช้การสอบปฏิบัติมากกว่าทฤษฎี เตรียมบุคลากรโดยการจัดส่งเข้าอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ ครูมีการวัดผลที่หลากหลาย ปัญหาที่พบคือ ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นที่ทำหน้าที่ครูมีความแตกต่างกันด้านพื้นฐานการศึกษา ขาดงบประมาณ ตารางเรียนไม่สอดคล้องกับเวลาของภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น สอนไม่ทันตามแผนการสอน ไม่มีคู่มือครู ครูขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในการนิเทศการสอน |
| Other Abstract: | To study of local curriculum development by local community : a case study of Banloung community School, Sena district, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya. The population of the study were the curriculum development committee, Banloung community School administrators and local resource persons that teach in Banloung community School. The research instruments used for data collection were semi-structure interview forms, observation form and document analysis form. Data was analyzed by content analysis. The research finding were as follows. In preparation of needs accessment, local leaders and members participated in problem of community on drugs, unemployed, to leave family for work in the city, economic problem and pollution. The summarize in every problems are involve and plan to be cure by establish the community school as the center of education in occupation and local resources. The community school have instructional activities in 8 groups contains environment, art and culture, social studies, morality, health, politics, economy and education. Discriminate individual from local resource persons, accepted budgeting from private organizations both in and out country. In curriculum design, the community set the local curriculum development committee to determine the curriculum objectives, content and activities match in student / local needs and cure the community problems. By the process, they create learning-teaching activity documents and practice the students to learn how to earn a living by using local natural resources and further occupation. Most instructional media were obtained from resources in the village, evaluation in both theoretical and practical methods concerning in future actual circumstances and evaluate in practical more than theoretical. The school also assign teachers to participate seminars, if available. Problems concerning with the operation were the local resource persons are difference in level of education, lack of budget, teaching schedule and local resource persons did not match each other, lack of time to follow instructional activities they have planned, teacher hand books are not available and lack of knowledge, in supervision. |
