dc.description.abstractในการวัดกัมมันตภาพรังสีในอาหาร ได้ทำการวัดกัมมันตภาพรังสีทั้งหมดโดยใช้เครื่อง G.M. Counter อาหารที่นำมาวัดนั้นเป็นอาหารประเภทต่างๆ ที่ขายอยู่ในท้องตลาดพระนครและธนบุรี การตระเตรียมอาหารสำหรับที่จะนำมาวัดรังสีนั้น ได้กระทำโดยวิธีตากแดดให้แห้งเสียก่อน แล้วนำไปเผาอย่างแรง และป่นจนเป็นผงละเอียด ในการหาประสิทธิภาพของเครื่อง G.M. Counter ใช้โปแตสเซี่ยมคลอไรด์เป็นมาตรฐาน-
