dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา ในวิทยาลัยพลศึกษาและปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการปฏิบัติ ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังประชากร คือ ผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยทั้ง 17 แห่ง จำนวน 153 คน อาจารย์ผู้สอน จำนวน 340 ตน รวมประชากรทั้งหมด 493 คน ได้รับคืนมาจำนวน 420 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 85.19 วิ เคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. วิทยาลัยมีการวางแผนปฏิบัติงานในการบริหารหลักสูตร ดังนี้คือ ศึกษานโยบาย ของกรมพลศึกษา มีการเตรียมพัฒนาบุคลากร เตรียมงบประมาณ บริการห้องสมุด ตำราและ เอกสารหลักสูตร วัสดุอุปกรณ์สถานที่ ยานพาหนะ การประชาสัมพันธ์การใช้หลักสูตร และการรับสมัครนักศึกษา สรุปปัญหาคือ มีเวลาและงบประมาณน้อย สำหรับการเตรียมพัฒนาบุคลากรซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การขาดความรู้และทักษะบางรายวิชา อาคารสถานที่ไม่เพียงพอ และความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพไม่ชัดเจน 2. วิทยาลัยมีการดำเนินงานในการบริหารหลักสูตรดังนี้คือ มีการจัดทำแผนการเรียน รายวิชาตลอดหลักสูตร จัดทำแผนการสอนเอกสารประกอบการสอน และสื่อการเรียนการสอน งบประมาณสำหรับจัดทำเอกสาร ตำรา อุปกรณ์ การใช้แหล่งวิทยาการ/สถานประกอบการ เพื่อ ส่งนักศึกษาไปฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ สรุปปัญหาคือ ขาดแคลนตำราเอกสาร วัสดุอุปกรณ์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะสาขาและงบประมาณ แบบทดสอบไม่ได้มาตรฐาน อาจารย์ขาดทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อสอบและขาดคู่มือการประเมินผลการเรียน-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were to study the curriculum administration and the problems of carrying out the work in Physical Education Colleges. Four hundred and ninety three questionnaires were sent to administrators of the seventeen Physical Education Colleges and instructors. Four hundred and twenty questionnaires which accounted to 85.19 percent were sent back. Data analysis was percentage. The results were as follows : 1. The colleges had designed and planned the practical tasks to administrated the curriculum by; study the educational policies of the Physical Education Department, conducted the personnel development, prepared the budgets, the library service, books and curriculum documents, stores and equipment's, buildings, vehicles, curriculum publicity and students application for admission. The problems were lack of time and budgets for personnel development which led to the lack of knowledge and skills in some specific subjects, inadequate buildings and the professional advancement was uncleared. 2. The colleges had performed the tasks by constructing the lesson plan of each subjects area throughout the curriculum, teaching plan, audio-visual aids, budget for book publishing, equipment's and resources utilization. The problems were lack of books, equipment's, the experts in some specific subjects, budgets, the standard tests, teachers' skill in analysing the test and assessment manuals.-
