dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติการทดลองเคมีของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ในด้านการออกแบบการทดลอง การเลือกใช้และเก็บรักษาเครื่องมือ การดำเนินการทดลอง ความปลอดภัยในการทดลอง และเปรียบเทียบความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติ การทดลองเคมี ของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน ตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นนักเรียนข้นมัธยมศึกษา ปีที่ 5 แผนการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ ปีการศึกษา 2533 จำนวน 712 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น แยกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน คือ โรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ โรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ และโรงเรียนขนาดกลาง ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานคิดเป็นร้อยละ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และใช้การทดสอบ ความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1. ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติการทดลองเคมีของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 รวมทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับ ผ่านเกณฑ์ขั้นต่ำที่กำหนด เมื่อพิจารณาแยกแต่ละด้าน พบว่า 1. การออกแบบการทดลอง อยู่ในระดับต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ 2. การเลือกใช้และการเก็บรักษาเครื่องมือ อยู่ในระดับผ่านเกณฑ์ขั้นต่ำที่กำหนด 3. การดำเนินการทดลอง อยู่ในระดับผ่านเกณฑ์ขั้นต่ำที่กำหนด 4. ความปลอดภัยในการทดลอง อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ การปฏิบัติการทดลองเคมี แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were to study knowledge and understanding concerning chemical laboratory experiment of mathayom suksa five students in the aspects of designing experiment, using and keeping equipment's, experimenting, safety in experimenting and to compare knowledge and understanding of chemical laboratory experiment of students in secondary schools with different sizes. The sample were 712 mathayom suksa five students of science program in the 1990 academic year which were stratified random sampled from government schools in Bangkok Metropolis according to different school sizes: extra large, large and medium sizes. The data collected were analyzed by using arithmetic mean, standard deviation and percentage. One-way analysis of variance and Scheffe's test were used in comparing the differences. The research findings were as follows: 1. The knowledge and understanding of chemical laboratory experiment of mathayom suksa five students of all aspects were at the minimum passing level. When considering the knowledge and understanding of chemical laboratory experiment of students in each aspect, there were found that. 1) it was at the lower than minimum passing level in designing experiment aspect. 2) it was at the minimum passing level in using and keeping equipment's aspect. 3) it was at the minimum passing level in experimenting aspect. 4) it was at the moderate level in safety in experimenting. 2. The knowledge and understanding of chemical laboratory experiment of mathayom suksa five students in different school sizes were significantly different at the .05 level.-
