dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบการกระจายยาบนหอผู้ป่วยที่โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ทำการศึกษาบนหอผู้ป่วยอายุกรรม ศัลยกรรม สูติกรรม และกุมารเวชกรรม ระหว่างเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2532 ถึงเดือนมีนาคม 2534 โดยการจัดทำบัญชีรายการยาซึ่งกำหนดชนิดและปริมาณของยาสำรองประจำหอผู้ป่วยประเภทต่างๆ และแบ่งยาในส่วนนี้ออกเป็นประเภทที่ผู้ป่วยต้องเสียเงินค่ายาหลังจากใช้ยาไปแล้วและประเภทที่ไม่เก็บเงินค่ายาโดยตรง และกำหนดระเบียบปฏิบัติให้คืนยาของผู้ป่วยที่เหลือใช้กลับคืนหน่วยงานเภสัชกรรมเพื่อหักเงินค่ายาคืนให้ผู้ป่วย ร่วมกับการปฏิบัติงานของเภสัชกรบนหอผู้ป่วยทำการเก็บข้อมูลเปรียบเทียบผลกระทบต่อมูลค่าของยาประเภทต่างๆ ในช่วงเวลา 3 เดือนก่อนและหลังจากการพัฒนาระบบ ผลการวิจัยได้ข้อสรุปดังนี้ (1) ยาเบิกสำรองประจำหอผู้ป่วยมีมูลค่าลดลงจากเดิมร้อยละ 42.10 (2) ยาค้างสต๊อกบนหอผู้ป่วยมีค่าลดลงจากเดิมร้อยละ 88.54 (3) ยาเสื่อมสภาพหรือหมดอายุบนหอผู้ป่วยมีมูลค่าลดลงจากเดิมร้อยละ 100 (4) ยาหมุนเวียนบนหอผู้ป่วยมีมูลค่าเพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิมร้อยละ 145.21จากผลการวิจัยนี้แสดงว่า ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้สามารถควบคุมการกระจายยาและการใช้ยาบนหอผู้ป่วยช่วยให้เกิดความประหยัดทางด้านเศรษฐกิจ และอาจนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับโรงพยาบาลอื่นๆ ได้-
dc.description.abstractalternativeTo improve in-patient drug distribution, a system was developed at Ramathibodi Hospital. During November 1989 and March 1991, the study was performed in four wards randomly selected from medical, surgical, obstetrical and pediatric departments. Procedures used were: the determination of floor stock drug list which comprised of charge and non-charge floor stock drugs for each specialty ward. ; the proper charging to the patient's account for charge floor stock drugs ; the establishment of credit procedure on unused charge drugs ; and the involvement of pharmacist at ward level. The data collected during three-month periods before and after the implementation were compared. The findings were as follows : (1) the cost of floor stock drugs was decreased by 42.10% (2) the cost of all excess and unnecessary stock was decreased by 88.54% ; (3) the cost of expired stock was decreased by 100% ; and (4) the cost of unused drugs returned to the pharmacy was increased by 145.21%. It was concluded that the system is practical for hospital drug distribution and control, economically effective, and applicable in other government hospital.-
