| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตามผลครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตในโครงการฝึกอบรมครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาประจำการ ตามโปรแกรมพัฒนาสมรรถภาพครูสอนภาษาไทย วิทยาลัยครูสุรินทร์ ในด้านความรู้ในด้านวิชาการ ความสามารถในด้านการเรียนการสอน ความสามารถในการนำความรู้ไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่การงาน และการปฏิบัติตนในฐานะที่มีอาชีพครู ตามการรับรู้ของตนเองและผู้บังคับบัญชา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการฝึกอบรมในโครงการฝึกอบรมครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาประจำการ วิชาเอกภาษาไทย วิทยาลัยครูสุรินทร์ ในปี พ.ศ. 2521 - 2525 จำนวน 230 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาของครุศาสตร์บัณฑิต จำนวน 54 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 284 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบตรวจคำตอบ และแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้วิธีหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ( x ̅) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ( S.D.) ผลการวิจัย 1.ความรู้ในด้านวิชาการ 1.1 ความรู้ในวิชาพื้นฐาน ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชามีความคิดเห็นตรงกันว่า ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตมีความรู้ในวิชาพื้นฐานมาก ข้อที่ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชามีความคิดเห็นตรงกันว่า ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตมีความรู้ปานกลาง คือ ความรู้ในวิธีการจัดการสุขาภิบาลในบ้านและโรงเรียน 1.2 ความรู้ในวิชาเอกภาษาไทย ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชามีความคิดเห็นไม่ตรงกันคือ ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตเห็นว่าตนเองมีความรู้ในวิชาเอกภาษาไทยปานกลาง ส่วนผู้บังคับบัญชาเห็นว่า ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตมีความรู้มาก ข้อที่ทั้งครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชามีความคิดเห็นตรงกันว่าครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตมีความรู้มาก คือความรู้ในเรื่องขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีไทย ลักษณะภาษาไทย วัฒนธรรมไทย ความสำคัญของภาษาและวรรณคดีไทย การอ่านและการตีความจากการอ่านวรรณกรรมทุกประเภท 1.3 ความรู้ในวิชาชีพครู ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชามีความคิดเห็นไม่ตรงกันคือ ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตเห็นว่าตนเองมีความรู้ในวิชาชีพครูปานกลาง ส่วนผู้บังคับบัญชาเห็นว่า ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตมีความรู้มาก ข้อที่ทั้งครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชามีความคิดเห็นตรงกันว่าครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตมีความรู้มาก คือความรู้ในเรื่องหลักการสื่อสารของมนุษย์ พัฒนาการตามวัยของเด็ก หลักสูตร ประเภทของหลักสูตร ระเบียบวิธีสอนต่างๆและขบวนการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ 2. ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานด้านการเรียนการสอน ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชามีความคิดเห็นตรงกันว่า ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตปฏิบัติงานได้มาก ข้อที่ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชาเห็นตรงกันว่า ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตปฏิบัติปานกลาง คือ การผลิตผลงานทางวิชาการ 3. ความสามารถในการนำความรู้ไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่การงาน 3.1 การปฏิบัติงานตามระเบียบของข้าราชการ ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชาเห็นว่า ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตปฏิบัติมากที่สุดคือ การปฏิบัติงานตามระเบียบข้อบังคับของโรงเรียน 3.2 การปฏิบัติงานด้านอบรม แนะแนวและการปกครอง ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชาเห็นว่า ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตได้ปฏิบัติมาก 3.3 การปฏิบัติงานด้านบริการชุมชน ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชาเห็นว่า ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตได้ปฏิบัติมาก 4. การปฏิบัติในฐานะที่มีอาชีพครู ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชามีความคิดเห็นตรงกันว่า ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตได้ปฏิบัติมาก ข้อที่ผู้บังคับบัญชาเห็นว่า ครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตปฏิบัติมากที่สุด คือ การปฏิบัติด้วยความตั้งใจในการประกอบอาชีพครู | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | Purpose: The purpose of this research was to follow up the competencies of those teachers who have got B.A. in teaching Thai from the in-service teacher training program, Surin Teachers College. The competencies included the academic knowledge, teaching and learning abilities, the ability in applying knowledge profession, and the teaching profession performance as perceived by selves and their immediate supervisors. Procedures: The sample used in this research were 230 graduates of the in-service teacher training program, Thai major, Surin Teachers College which were graduated in 1980-1982, and 54 immediate supervisors, 284 in total. The research instrument used in this study was check-list and rating scale questionnaire. The set of questionnaires were sent to 284 graduates and their immediate supervisors. The obtained data were analyzed by means of percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. Findings: The findings were as follows: 1. In the aspect of academic knowledge. 1.1 The knowledge in basic subject, both graduates and their supervisors agreed that the graduates had high knowledge in basic subject. The graduates and their supervisors agreed that the graduates had moderate knowledge in health sanitation management at home and school. 1.2 The knowledge in Thai major, the graduates disagreed with their supervisors that the graduates perceived themselves as having moderate knowledge in Thai major but their supervisors perceived that the graduates having high knowledge in Thai major. Both graduates and their supervisors agreed that the graduates having high knowledge in Thai tradition, Thai language construction, Thai culture, the necessity of Thai language and Thai literature, literature reading and interpretation. 1.3 The knowledge in teaching profession, the graduates disagreed with the supervisors that the graduates perceived themselves as having moderate knowledge in teaching profession but their supervisors perceived that the graduates had high knowledge in teaching profession. Both graduates and their supervisors agreed that the graduates had high knowledge in human communication, child development curriculum, types of curriculum, teaching methods and process of personality development. 2. In the aspect of teaching and learning abilities, both graduates and their supervisors agreed that the graduates had high performance in this aspect and had moderate performance in the production of the academic materials. 3. In the aspect of the ability in applying knowledge in teaching profession. 3.1 Working performance according to government regulation, the graduates agreed with their supervisors that the graduates performed according to school regulation the most. 3.2 Working performance in students' disciplinary, guidance and governing. The graduates and their supervisors agreed that the graduates had high performance in this aspect. 3.3 Working performance in community service, both graduates and their supervisors agreed that the graduates had high performance in this aspect. 4. In the aspect of teaching profession performance, both graduates and their supervisors agreed that the graduates performed at the high level. The supervisors perceived that the graduates had the highest intention in teaching profession performance. | - |
