| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบบทบาทที่คาดหวังและที่เป็นจริงของครูในโครงการศูนย์การศึกษาเพื่อชุมชนในเขตภูเขา (ศศช.) ตามการรับรู้ของ ผู้บริหาร ครู และชาวเขาผู้เรียนในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บทบาทที่คาดหวังของครูในโครงการ ศศช. ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร ครู และชาวเขาผู้เรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยใกล้เคียงกันมาก ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนบทบาทที่เป็นจริงของครูโครงการ ศศช. ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร ครู และชาวเขาผู้เรียนมีความแตกต่างกัน กล่าวคือ บทบาทที่เป็นจริงตามการรับรู้ของกลุ่มผู้บริหารนั้นมีระดับที่สูงกว่าการรับรู้ของกลุ่มชาวเขาผู้เรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนสถานภาพการรับรู้ ของกลุ่มครู กับกลุ่มชาวเขาผู้เรียน และกลุ่มครูกับกลุ่มผู้บริหาร ไม่แตกต่างกัน สำหรับผลการเปรียบเทียบบทบาทที่เป็นจริงและบทบาทที่คาดหวังของครูโครงการ ศศช. ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร ครู และชาวเขาผู้เรียนนั้น แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 โดยบทบาทที่คาดหวังของครูโครงการ ศศช. นั้นสูงกว่าบทบาทที่เป็นจริงทุกบทบาท ทั้งโดยบทบาทส่วนรวมและแต่ละรายบทบาท |
| Other Abstract: | This study was to compare the expected and actual roles of the hill areas education project teachers HAE) as perceived by administrators, teacher and hill tribe learners in the upper-northern area. It was found that the expected roles of the HAE teachers as perceived by the groups of administrators, and hill tribe learners, were not significantly different from each other. However, the actual roles of the HAE teachers as perceived by the three sample groups were found to be significantly different among the groups. Therefore, the perception level of the administrator group was found to be higher than that of the hill tribe learners at the significant level .05. Conversely, there was no significant difference at all between the perception level of the groups of the HAE teachers and learners and between that of the HAE teacher and administrator groups. It was also found that there was a significant difference among the perception levels of the groups of administrators, HAE teachers and hill tribe learners at the significant level .01. It was revealed that every group perceived that every single item of the expected roles of the HAE teachers was higher than the actual roles. |
