| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาความสูญเปล่าทางการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยครู ภาคตะวันตก ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 4 วิทยาลัยครู และ 3 ระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ นักศึกษาภาคปกติที่เข้าศึกษาระหว่างมีการศึกษา 2518 ถึง 2522 ในหลักสูตร 2 ปี ระดับ ป.กศ. จำนวน 6,417 คน ระดับ ป.กศ.สูง จำนวน 6,704 คน และระดับ ค.บ. จำนวน 634 คน ข้อมูลที่รวบรวมได้วิเคราะห์โดยการคำนวณร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ช่วงความเชื่อมั่นของค่าเฉลี่ย และทำการวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. จำนวนนักศึกษาที่เข้าเรียนในวิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตกในแต่ละรุ่น มีแนวโน้ม ลดลงในระดับ ป.กศ. และเพิ่มมากขึ้นในระดับ ป.กศ.สูง กับระดับ ค.บ. ขณะที่ผู้สำเร็จ การศึกษาในแต่ละรุ่นมีจำนวนใกล้เคียงกัน ส่วนผู้ออกกลางคันมีแนวโน้มมากขึ้น ตั้งแต่รุ่น 2520 ถึง 2522 เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละสถานศึกษาปรากฏว่า ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา และผู้ออกกลางคันในแต่ละวิทยาลัย มีจำนวนร้อยละใกล้เคียงกัน และเมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละระดับการศึกษา ปรากฏว่าในระดับการศึกษาที่สูงขึ้น ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษายิ่งมีน้อยลง แต่ผู้ออกกลางคันมีมากขึ้น 2. โดยส่วนรวมวิทยาลัยครูภาคคะวันตก มีความสูญเปล่าทางด้านการเรียนช้ากว่า กำหนด และการออกกลางคัน เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละสถานศึกษาปรากฏว่า วิทยาลัยครูกาญจนบุรี ไม่มีความสูญ เปล่าทั้งสองลักษณะ วิทยาลัยครูอื่นๆ มีความสูญเปล่าด้านการออกกลางคัน เพียงลักษณะเดียว และเมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละระดับการศึกษาปรากฏว่า ระดับ ป.กศ. มีความสูญเปล่าทั้งสองลักษณะ ระดับ ป.กศ.สูง มีความสูญเปล่าด้านการออกกลางคันเพียงลักษณะเดียว ส่วนระดับ ค.บ. ไม่มีความสูญเปล่าทั้งสองลักษณะ 3. ท่าใช้จ่ายรวมทั้งหมดที่รัฐต้องสูญเสียไป เนื่องจากการเรียนช้ากว่ากำหนด และ การออกกลางคัน รุ่น 2518 ถึง 2522 ในวิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตก เป็นจำนวน เงินทั้งสิ้น 34,631 ,530.00 บาท เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละสถานศึกษา ปรากฏว่าวิทยาลัยครูหมู่บ้านจอมบึง สูญเสีย 10,985,575.50 บาท วิทยาลัยครูนครปฐมสูญเสีย 9,793.342.50 บาท วิทยาลัยครูเพชรบุรีสูญเสีย 8,374,017.50 บาท วิทยาลัยครูกาญจนบุรีสูญเสีย 5,478,594.50 บาท เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละระดับการศึกษาปรากฏว่า ระดับ ป.กศ.สูงสูญเสีย 16,960,933.75 บาท ระดับ ป.กศ. สูญเสีย 15,172,584.25 บาท และ ระดับ ค.บ. สูญเสีย 2,498,012.00 บาท 4. รัฐต้องสูญเสียเงิน เนื่องจากการ เรียนช้ากว่ากำหนด และการออกกลางคัน ในแต่ละสถานศึกษาไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน และในแต่ละระดับการศึกษาไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the education wastage of Western Teachers Colleges which include four colleges and three educational levels. The samples selected 6417 students studying for certificate of education, 6704 studying for higher certificate of education and 634 studying for bachelor degree of education during the academic years 1975 to 1979. The obtained data were analyzed by percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, confident interval for a mean, and one-way analysis of variance. Major findings were as follows. 1. While the number of the students who enrolled in the Western Teachers Colleges for the higher education certificate and the bachelor degree of education level had a tendency to increase, the certificate education had a tendency to decrease. The number of the students who completed their education had almost nearly the same percentage of the students who dropped out had a tendency to increase since 1977 to 1979. If one considers the individual college, the students who completed and dropped out had almost nearly the same percentage. If one considers the individual educational level, while more higher educational level, the students who completed to many decrease but the students who dropped out to many increase. 2. Western Teachers Colleges had both wastage of repetition and drop outs. If one considers the individual college; Kanchanaburi Teachers College had no educational wastage of either aspect and the others had only drop out wastage. If one considers the individual educational level; the certificate of education had only drop out wastage and the bachelor degree of education had no educational wastage at all. 3. The total cost which the government has wasted on the repetition and the drop out of cohorts 1975 to 1979 in the Western Teachers Colleges was 34,631,530.00 baht. If one considers the individual college, Chombung Villages' Teachers College has wasted 10,985,575.50 baht, Nakhonphatom Teachers College has wasted 9,793,342.50 baht, Petchaburi Teachers College has wasted 8,874,017.50 baht and Kanchanaburi Teachers College has wasted 5,478,594.50 baht. If one considers the individual educational level, the higher certificate of education has wasted 16,960,933.75 baht, the certificate of education has wasted 1.5,172,584.25 baht and the bachelor degree of education has wasted 2,498,012.00 baht. 4. The expenditures wasted on the repetition and the drop outs in each individual college was not different and in each individual educational level was not different. |
