| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหา และความต้องการในการจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตในพิพิธภัณฑ์ดนตรี และเพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตในพิพิธภัณฑ์ดนตรี ผู้วิจัยได้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ในการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหา และความต้องการในการจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตในพิพิธภัณฑ์ดนตรี จำนวน 3 แห่ง และได้รวบรวมความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต การจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ และดนตรี จำนวน 12 ท่าน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นจำนวน 3 รอบ แล้วนำมาคำนวณหาค่ามัธยฐาน ฐานนิยม ค่าสัมบูรณ์ของผลต่างระหว่างค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าฐานนิยม และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ แล้วนำมาสรุปหาฉันทามติของกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. พิพิธภัณฑ์ดนตรีในปัจจุบันมีการดำเนินงานตามจุดมุ่งหมาย ทำหน้าที่เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ดนตรีที่ได้รับการยอมรับ และมีความต้องการในการพัฒนาด้านการจัดกิจกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง 2.แนวทางในการจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตในพิพิธภัณฑ์ดนตรี ด้านจุดมุ่งหมาย และวัตถุประสงค์ เป็นแหล่งรวบรวมเครื่องดนตรี และหลักฐานทางดนตรี ส่งเสริมการศึกษา เป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ เผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ด้านดนตรี และเป็นห้องเรียนตลอดชีวิตของทุกคน ด้านการบริหารจัดการ มีความชัดเจน และพัฒนาคนไปด้วย คือ มีการส่งเจ้าหน้าที่ไปเรียนในด้านวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง บุคลากรต้องพร้อมที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลง เรียนรู้ และพัฒนาตนเอง พิพิธภัณฑ์ดนตรีจะต้องมีการวางแผนการตลาดเชิงรุก ภัณฑารักษ์ที่ทำงานควรมีความรู้เรื่องดนตรี ควรมีผู้เชี่ยวชาญในหลายสาขา ในการทำงานร่วมกัน และควรมีการจัดตั้งกองทุนในการจัดหางบประมาณ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรม กิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นควรประกอบด้วย นิทรรศการที่หลากหลาย มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดเวลาให้อิสระในการตั้งคำถาม ตีความ และเรียนรู้ มีการจัดสรรลานกิจกรรมเอนกประสงค์ใช้เป็นพื้นที่ทางการศึกษา มีพื้นที่สำหรับผู้ชมในการสืบค้น ค้นคว้า เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ชมมีส่วนร่วม มีการแสดงดนตรีสด และ ผสมผสานทั้งการจัดแสดงด้านวัตถุ การจัดแสดงเนื้อหา กิจกรรม และนิทรรศการหมุนเวียน ด้านการประเมินผล การประเมินผลรายบุคคล โดยไม่ทำลายสุนทรีย์ในการชมพิพิธภัณฑ์ดนตรี มีหลายรูปแบบ และใช้วิธีการสังเกตในการประเมินความพึงพอใจ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่าย สร้างเครือข่ายกับพิพิธภัณฑ์ดนตรี และกลุ่มศิลปวัฒนธรรมการแสดง เป็นการแบ่งปัน แลกเปลี่ยน ความรู้ และเครื่องดนตรี สร้างเครือข่ายไปยังต่างประเทศ และ ร่วมกับกลุ่มนักดนตรีอิสระ ศิลปิน และนักสะสม |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the current situations, problems and needs of lifelong education management in music museums and to propose guidelines for lifelong education management in music museums. The data were collected using the interview questionnaire in current situations, problems and needs of the three music museums and music learning resources, and other three sets of questionnaires for gathering 12 experts’ opinions of lifelong education, museum management and music, then analyzed the data through median, mode, median-mode differences, and interquartile range, then concluded the data as the consensus of the experts. The research findings were as follows: 1. Music resources are trying to meet the goals of their institutes and they are accepted as music learning resources and still develop their educational programs and activities. 2. Lifelong education management in music museums should focus on these aspects. Goals and objective: to collect music instruments and evidences; to promote education and be learning centers; to work as lifelong learning resources. Management: have obvious way in management and human resource development plans; staffs are ready to learn and develop themselves; have marketing plans and approach strategies; curators have knowledge in music; have experts working together; have funding for museum operations. Activities: have varieties of exhibitions (permanent and temporary); always change; let audiences inquire, interpret and learn freely, provide educational spaces; provide data for searching; design participatory learning processes; offer live concerts; mix the display collections, contents and activities together. Evaluation: done individually; not discourage audiences’ appreciation; have many designs for every group of visitors; evaluate visitors’ satisfaction by observation. Connections: connect with other music museum and art groups; share knowledge and collections; connect with foreign music museums; work with artists, musicians and collectors. |
