dc.description.abstract	วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยคือ เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบทัศนคติต่องานอาชีพระหว่างนักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมในโครงการส่งเสริมอาชีพนักชีพกับนักเรียนที่ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการส่งเสริมอาชีพนักเรียนโรงเรียนสุรศักดิ์มนตรี ตัวอย่างประชากร คือ นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาโรงเรียนสุรศักดิ์มนตรี จำนวน 400 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มที่เข้าร่วมในโครงการส่งเสริมอาชีพนักเรียน จำนวน 200 คน และที่ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการส่งเสริมอาชีพนักเรียน จำนวน 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบวัดทัศนคติต่องานอาชีพ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. นักเรียนทีเข้าร่วมโครงการและนักเรียนที่ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการส่งเสริมอาชีพนักเรียน โรงเรียนสุรศักดิ์มนตรี มีทัศนคติดีต่องานอาชีพ 2. การเปรียบเทียบทัศนคติต่องานอาชีพของนักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการและนักเรียนที่ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการส่งเสริมอาชีพนักเรียน โรงเรียนสุรศักดิ์มนตรี ปรากฏว่า ทัศนคติต่องานอาชีพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยนักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ มีทัศนคติต่องานอาชีพสูงกว่านักเรียนที่ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการ
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to compare the attitudes towards occupation of the students participating and non-participating in occupation development program in Surasak Montri School. The samples were 400 Mathayom Suksa students divided into 2 groups; a group of 200 students participating in occupation development program and 200 students non-participating in such program. The research instrument was a set of occupation attitude scale constructed by the researcher. The obtained data were analyzed by means of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Both groups of the students; participating and non-participating in occupation development program had good attitudes towards occupation. 2. The comparison of attitudes towards occupation of participating group and non-participating group appeared to be significantly different at the level of .01, and the arithmetic mean of participating group was higher than that of non-participating group.
