| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการเป็นการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชน โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงประยุกต์ (Applied research) ภายใต้หัวข้อ “การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนเพื่อสร้างชุมชนแห่งความสุข” ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์สภาพและบริบทชุมชนตามองค์ประกอบของการเป็นชุมชนแห่งความสุข 2) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนเพื่อสร้างชุมชนแห่งความสุข 3) เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนเพื่อสร้างชุมชนแห่งความสุข โดยแบ่งการดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 3 ขั้นตอนตามวัตถุประสงค์กับคนในชุมชนจากตำบลวังน้ำซับและตำบลวังหว้า อำเภอศรีประจันต์ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 40 คน โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์และเปรียบผลการวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนเพื่อสร้างชุมชนแห่งความสุขจากการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และมีผลการวิจัยดังนี้ 1) สภาพและบริบทชุมชนตามองค์ประกอบของการเป็นชุมชนแห่งความสุขเกิดขึ้นจากภาครัฐเอาใจใส่ในเรื่องสวัสดิการและประกันสุขภาพ ทำให้คนในชุมชนเกิดความเกื้อกูลกันและพึ่งพากัน ตลอดจนอยู่อาศัยด้วยความเท่าเทียมเสมอภาคกันและการยึดมั่นในหลักธรรมาภิบาล ภาคส่วนท้องถิ่นมีการส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนหันมาทำเกษตรอินทรีย์ ส่งผลให้สิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชนและประชาชนมีรายได้สูงขึ้นจนเกิดการรวมกลุ่มเป็นเครือข่ายชุมชนเพื่อรักษาคุณค่าวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น ส่วนภาคประชาชนร่วมกันสร้างการเรียนรู้จากกิจกรรมตามองค์ประกอบความสุขที่เข้ากับวิถีชีวิตและความเป็นอยู่ของคนในชุมชน 2) ผลการศึกษากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนเพื่อสร้างชุมชนแห่งความสุข ประกอบด้วย การร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐ ภาคส่วนท้องถิ่น และภาคประชาชนด้วยกระบวนการที่หลากหลาย อาทิเช่น การประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านผู้นำชุมชน วิทยุชุมชน การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการปลูกจิตสำนึกรักสิ่งแวดล้อม ตลอดจนการสร้างอาชีพและสืบทอดประเพณีท้องถิ่น นอกจากนี้ยังมีการใช้ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ประจำท้องถิ่นและห้องสมุดชุมชน ศาลาประชาคม รวมถึงการเรียนตามอัธยาศัย 3) การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนเพื่อสร้างชุมชนแห่งความสุขที่พัฒนาขึ้นเสริมสร้างความรู้ เจตคติ และพฤติกรรมที่ส่งเสริมให้เกิดความสุขให้กับผู้ร่วมทดลองในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด และพบว่ากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนเพื่อสร้างชุมชนแห่งความสุข ประกอบด้วย 7 กระบวนการเรียนรู้ คือ การสร้างการตระหนักรู้ถึงความสำคัญของความสุขในชุมชน การสร้างบรรยากาศในการเรียนรู้เพื่อสร้างความสุขของคนในชุมชน การสำรวจและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาร่วมกันเพื่อสร้างความสุขของคนในชุมชน การกำหนดแผนและปฏิบัติการแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกันเพื่อสร้างความสุขของคนในชุมชน การสาธิตและลงมือปฏิบัติร่วมกันเพื่อสร้างความสุขของคนในชุมชน การแลกเปลี่ยนและรับผลประโยชน์ความสุขร่วมกันของคนในชุมชน และการเปรียบเทียบและการประเมินผลความสุขร่วมกันของคนในชุมชน |
| Other Abstract: | This research is the development of community learning process. This is an Applied Research under the heading "Development of community’s learning processes to create a happy community" The purposes of this study were to 1) to analyze the state and community context as elements of a happy community; 2) to study the community learning process to create a happy community and 3) to develop community’s learning processes to create a happy community. The research methodology was divided into 3 steps according to the objectives. The forty samples were selected from people in Wangnamsub Sub District and Wangwha Sub District, Sriprachan District. The data were analyzed by content and comparative analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1) The state and community context of happy community based on the government caring on the social security and health insurance leaded to supportiveness, reliable, equity and good governance for people in community. Local department encouraged to the people has done organismic agriculture leaded to the better environment and income for networking community purpose to maintain the local culture. While citizen part, the collaboration learning developed from activities refer to the happiness’s consistency. 2) The study of community’s learning processes to create a happy community consist of the collaborated among government, local department and citizen part through to the learning processes on; publication to community’s leader and local radio, promoting a consciousness environment campaign and local culture as well as local learning center, local library and community hall including the informal learning. 3) The development of community’s learning processes to create a happy community, enhanced participant’s knowledge, attitude and behavior at the high level and found on 7 community’s learning processes; creating happy community’s awareness, creating happy community’s learning environment, happy community’s problem solving and problem analysis, happy community’s planning and problem solving, happy community’s demonstrate and cooperative, happy community’s transfer and sharing benefit and happy community’s comparing and evaluation. |
