| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาความชุกและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรคผิวหนังอักเสบบริเวณมือของคนงานโรงงานเครื่องปั้นดินเผาและเซรามิกในจังหวัดราชบุรี วิธีการศึกษา: เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดใดจุดหนึ่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ คนงานโรงงานเครื่องปั้นดินเผาและเซรามิกในจังหวัดราชบุรีจำนวน 422 คน จากโรงงานเครื่องปั้นดินเผาและเซรามิกในจังหวัดราชบุรีจำนวน 20 โรงงาน เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ตามแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยจากการทำงาน ปัจจัยจากการทำงานบ้านหรืองานอดิเรก และประวัติผิวหนังอักเสบบริเวณมือ ที่ดัดแปลงมาจาก Nordic occupational skin questionnaire จากนั้นตรวจร่างกายและถ่ายภาพผิวหนังบริเวณมือของคนงาน เก็บข้อมูลในเดือนกรกฎาคมถึงกันยายน 2557 ได้แบบสอบถามที่สามารถนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจำนวน 415 ชุด คิดเป็นอัตราการตอบกลับร้อยละ 83.0 ผลการศึกษา: ความชุกของโรคผิวหนังอักเสบบริเวณมือของคนงานโรงงานเครื่องปั้นดินเผาและเซรามิกในจังหวัดราชบุรี คือ ร้อยละ 48.7 ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรคผิวหนังอักเสบบริเวณมือ ได้แก่ เพศชาย อายุที่มากขึ้น และประวัติผิวหนังอักเสบจากการแพ้โลหะ ส่วนปัจจัยจากการทำงาน ปัจจัยจากการทำงานบ้านหรืองานอดิเรก ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์กับโรคผิวหนังอักเสบบริเวณมือ สรุป: อุตสาหกรรมเครื่องปั้นดินเผาและเซรามิกในจังหวัดราชบุรีพบความชุกของโรคผิวหนังอักเสบบริเวณมือค่อนข้างสูง ควรมีความร่วมมือระหว่างคนงาน ผู้ประกอบการ และบุคลากรด้านอาชีวอนามัย ในการจัดการทางด้านอาชีวอนามัยในสถานที่ทำงาน มีการให้ความรู้เรื่องโรคผิวหนังอักเสบบริเวณมือ การดูแลและทำความสะอาดผิวหนังบริเวณมือแก่คนงาน ได้แก่ การล้างมือเท่าที่จำเป็น การเลือกผลิตภัณฑ์ทำความสะอาดผิวหนังบริเวณมือ และการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์บำรุงผิวหนังบริเวณมือ | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | Objective: This study aimed to find out the prevalence and associated factors of hand dermatitis among pottery and ceramics workers in Ratchaburi province. Method: The study design was a cross-sectional descriptive study. Study subjects were four hundred and twenty two pottery and ceramics workers from 20 factories in Ratchaburi province. The subjects were interviewed with questionnaires about personal factors, occupational factors, domestic work or hobby factors and history of hand dermatitis. The questionnaires were modified from Nordic occupational skin questionnaire. They were then examined and photographed their hands. The data were collected during July through September 2014 with a response rate of 83%. Result: The prevalence of hand dermatitis among pottery and ceramics workers in Ratchaburi province was 48.7%. Statistically significant factors associated with hand dermatitis were male gender, advanced age, and history of metal allergy. But occupational factors, domestic work or hobby factors were not significantly associated with hand dermatitis. Conclusion: Hand dermatitis was prevalent among pottery and ceramics industry. Collaboration among workers, entrepreneurs and occupational health personnel is required for occupational health management in the workplace. Knowledge of hand dermatitis and skin care should be provided for the workers. | en_US |
