| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และออกแบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช โดยดำเนินการตามรูปแบบโบรโตไทม์ (Prototype model) ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากเอกสาร และจากการสัมภาษณ์เจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องถึงขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานในปัจจุบัน แล้วนำมาออกแบบระบบนำเสนอ พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาโปรแกรมโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ดีเบส พรี พลัส (dbase III Plus) การประเมินผลระบบได้จากการสอบถามและสัมภาษณ์ผู้ปฏิบัติการและผู้บริหาร ภายหลังจากที่ได้ทดลองใช้ระบบนำเสนอเป็นเวลา 1 เดือน พบว่าผู้ใช้ทั้งสองกลุ่มมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการฐานข้อมูลและสารสนเทศในด้านเกี่ยวกับความถูกต้องครบถ้วน ตรงตามความต้องการ และสะดวกรวดเร็ว |
| Other Abstract: | This research was to analyze and design a personnel database management system at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. The prototype approach was selected as a model in this study. The researcher studied and analyzed documents and interviewed the staff of the university about the present system and then designed the proposed system. The programs were developed by using dBASE III Plus. The designed system was evaluated by two groups of users, practitioners and administrators after 1 month of implementation, showed that they were satisfied with the accuracy, completeness, relevancy and the convenience of the database and the information system. |
