dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานนิเทศวิชาสุขศึกษาของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาพลานามัยในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ระหว่างหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาพลานามัยกับครูสุขศึกษา เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานนิเทศวิชาสุขศึกษาของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาพลานามัยในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาพลานามัยและครูสุขศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ในเขตการศึกษา 1-12 จำนวน 225 ฉบับ และ 347 ฉบับ ตามลำดับได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนจากหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาพลานามัย จำนวน 215 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 95.55 และได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนจากครูสุขศึกษา จำนวน 292 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 84.14 นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดย หาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต (X̅) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การปฏิบัติงานนิเทศวิชาสุขศึกษา หัวหน้าหมวดวิชาพลานามัยและครูสุขศึกษารับรู้ว่าหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาพลานามัยปฏิบัติงานนิเทศวิชาสุขศึกษาโดยส่วนรวมในแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการวางแผน การนิเทศ ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ด้านการจัดบริการสุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอนวิชาสุขศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร ด้านการสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. หัวหน้าหมวดวิชาพลานามัยและครูสุขศึกษารับรู้การปฏิบัติงานนิเทศวิชาสุขศึกษาของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาพลานามัยแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทุกด้าน ยกเว้นด้านการวางแผนการนิเทศวิชาสุขศึกษาen_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research was to study the health education performances of the health and physical education department heads, and to compare the perception between the health and physical education department heads and the health education teachers concerning the health education supervision in the secondary schools. The 225 questionnaires were sent to the health and physical education department heads and 347 were sent to the health education teachers in the large secondary schools in the region 1-12. The 215 questionnaires accounted for 95.55 percent were received from the first group and 292 accounted for 84.14 percent were received from the second group. All data were analyzed by means of percentages, means, standard diviations and t-test. Findings 1. Both groups perceived that the supervision performances of the department heads in all eight areas were in the moderate level. All eight areas were : the supervision planning, curriculum, instruction teaching media, measurement and evaluation, health services and environment, personel development, and morale. 2. There were a statistically significant differences between the perception of the department heads and the health education teachers at the .05 level except in the area of supervision planningen_US
