| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการจัดดำเนินงานแนะแนวสุขภาพในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ตามการรับรู้ของครูอนามัยโรงเรียนที่มีวุฒิทางการพยาบาลและที่ไม่มีวุฒิทางการพยาบาล ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบถามเพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลและได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังกลุ่มประชากร ซึ่งเป็นหัวหน้าครูอนามัยโรงเรียน โรงเรียนละ 1 คน จำนวน 348 โรงเรียน จากโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา แบบสหศึกษา ทั่วประเทศ ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาโดยทางไปรษณีย์ 305 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 87.64 ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่า “ที” (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูอนามัยโรงเรียนรับรู้ว่าสภาพการจัดดำเนินงานแนะแนวสุขภาพในโรงเรียนโดยเฉลี่ยปฏิบัติที่ระดับน้อย เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการบริหารงานแนะแนวสุขภาพปฏิบัติที่ระดับน้อย แต่ ด้านจุดมุ่งหมายในการแนะแนวสุขภาพ ด้านเนื้อเรื่องที่ทำการแนะแนวสุขภาพและด้านการจัดกิจกรรมแนะแนวสุขภาพ ปฏิบัติที่ระดับมาก 2. ครูอนามัยโรงเรียนรับรู้ว่าปัญหาการจัดดำเนินงานแนะแนวสุขภาพในโรงเรียนทั้งโดยเฉลี่ยและทุกรายด้านมีปัญหาที่ระดับน้อย 3. ครูอนามัยโรงเรียนที่มีวุฒิทางการพยาบาลรับรู้ว่ามีปัญหาการจัดดำเนินงานแนะแนวสุขภาพโรงเรียนน้อยกว่าครูอนามัยโรงเรียนที่ไม่มีวุฒิทางการพยาบาล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่เมื่อเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายด้านปรากฏว่า ครูอนามัยโรงเรียนที่มีวุฒิทางการพยาบาลรับรู้ว่ามีปัญหาน้อยกว่าครูอนามัยโรงเรียนที่ไม่มีวุฒิทางการพยาบาล ทางด้านการบริหารงานแนะแนวสุขภาพเพียงด้านเดียว | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the status and problems in organizing and managing school health guidance of the secondary schools under the Jurisdiction of the Department of General Education as perceived by school health teachers with and without nurse degree. The 348 constructed questionnaires used as the research instrument were mailed to the head of school health teachers of the government co-education secondary schools all over the country, and 305 questionnaires accounted for 87.64 percent were returned. The data were statistically analyzed in terms of percentages, means, and standard deviation, and a t-test was also applied. The results revealed as follows : 1. In organizing and managing school health guidance of all areas in average, the school health teachers perceived the status at the low level When considering in each area, the teachers perceived the area of health guidance administration at the low level, but the areas of health guidance aims, contents, and activities organizing at the moderate level. 2. The school health teachers perceived the problems in organizing and managing school health guidance both of all areas and in each area at the low level. 3. The school health teachers with nurse degree perceived problems of all areas in average less than the teachers without nurse degree differently at .05 level of statistical significance. When comparing in each area, it was found that the teachers with nurse degree perceived the problems less than the teachers without nurse degree only the area of health guidance administration. | en_US |
