| Abstract: | ผลการวิจัยพบวา ปัจจัยทางเศรษฐกิจ คุณสมบัติส่วนบุคคลเป็นปัจจัยหลักที่ทำให้ผู้สมัครรับเลือกตั้งได้รับชัยชนะมากกว่าปัจจัยทางด้านอื่น โดย สจ. มุ่งที่จะให้ความสำคัญต่อการแก้ปัญหาความเดือนร้อนของประชาชนในเขตการเลือกตั้งเป็นหลัก เพื่อผลประโยชน์ในการเลือกตั้งในสมัยต่อไป หรือการก้าวไปเล่นการเมืองระดับชาติ ผู้วิจัยเสนอว่า พรรคการเมืองในระดับชาติต้องให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาการเมืองในระดับท้องถิ่น ควรมีการแก้ไขกฎระเบียบ เพิ่มบทบาทอำนาจหน้าที่ของฝ่ายนิติบัญญัติให้มีอำนาจมากขึ้น ในส่วนของ สจ. เองควรจะมีการเพิ่มความช่วยเหลือทางด้านสวัสดิการ ตลอดจนการให้การอบรมทางด้านความรู้ |
| Other Abstract: | In the study, it is found out that economic factor, personal characteristics are very significant in order to win the election. Provincial councilors pay great attention to the need of the local people in their constituency since they think in terms of the possible winning in the next election and the possible shift to the national representation. It is argued that political parties at national level should pay more attention to the development of local politics. There should be legal adjustment to give more authority to the provincial council. As for the provincial councilors, they need certain technical training. |
