| dc.description.abstract | การดำเนินงานก่อสร้างย่อมต้องมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงและแก้ไขในส่วนต่างๆ เพื่อตอบสนองวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ โดยการเปลี่ยนแปลงงานก่อสร้างอาจมีผลกระทบต่อต้นทุน ระยะเวลาและคุณภาพของงานก่อสร้าง ซึ่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงในงานก่อสร้างอาจเกิดขึ้นจากหลากหลายสาเหตุ เช่น เจ้าของโครงการ ผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้าง สภาพแวดล้อม แบบก่อสร้าง เป็นต้น โดยสาเหตุที่ก่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในงานก่อสร้างนั้นเป็นเหตุการณ์ที่ยากต่อคาดการณ์หรือหลีกเลี่ยงได้ จึงอาจกล่าวได้ว่าสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในงานก่อสร้างเป็นความเสี่ยงชนิดหนึ่งที่ผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้างต้องบริหารจัดการ งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินระดับความสำคัญของสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในงานโครงสร้าง โดยการประยุกต์เอาแนวความคิดการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงเข้ามาใช้ในการพัฒนาปัจจัยและเกณฑ์การประเมินสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงในงานโครงสร้างในมุมมองของผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้าง โดยงานวิจัยทำการค้นหาและยืนยันสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในงานโครงสร้างจากประสบการณ์ของผู้จัดการและวิศวกรโครงการในส่วนของผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้างจำนวน 30 ท่านแล้วนำสาเหตุที่ได้ไปเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากโครงการก่อสร้างจำนวน 106 ชุดข้อมูลเพื่อสร้างเกณฑ์ในการประเมินความถี่และความรุนแรงของผลกระทบ นอกจากนี้งานวิจัยได้ทำการประเมินและวิเคราะห์หาระดับความสำคัญของสาเหตุต่างๆ ทั้งในด้านความถี่และความรุนแรงของผลกระทบผลการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้จัดการและวิศวกรโครงการจากประสบการณ์ที่ผ่านมาพบว่า กลุ่มสาเหตุหลักที่ทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงมากที่สุด 3 อันดับแรก คือ เจ้าของโครงการผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้าง และผู้ออกแบบ/แบบก่อสร้าง แต่เมื่อพิจารณาการรับผิดชอบต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นไม่ว่าเกิดจากสาเหตุใดส่วนใหญ่ผลกระทบจะตกอยู่กับผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้าง เมื่อทำการประเมินและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจำนวน 76 ข้อมูลจากโครงการก่อสร้างในปัจจุบันพบว่าสาเหตุการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีระดับความสำคัญสูงที่สุด คือ สาเหตุการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากความต้องการของเจ้าของโครงการ และสาเหตุจากอุทกภัยเป็นสาเหตุที่มีระดับความสำคัญน้อยที่สุด ประโยชน์จากงานวิจัยนี้ทำให้ผู้บริหารโครงการทราบถึงกลุ่มระดับความสำคัญของสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในงานโครงสร้าง ซึ่งช่วยให้การวางแผนจัดลำดับหรือเลือกสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงมาบริหารจัดการให้เกิดกับประโยชน์มากที่สุด | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | Many construction components were modified and changed during construction phase in order to meet project requirements. This construction change may affect construction cost, project duration, and construction quality. This change can be occurred from several factors such as owner, contractor, workplace environment, drawing etc. In addition, causes of construction change are hardly to predict and these can be defined as an inevitable risk. To minimize this problem, the research aims to assess the important factors that cause to change in structural works. This research adapts the concept of risk management to develop the factors and criteria for evaluating causes structural change from contractor's perspective. The research method begins with review the factors that cause to change in construction projects. Then these factors are reviewed and confirmed by interviewing from 30 professionals on their experiences on change in structural works. Based on the questionnaire data from 106 data, the research develops criteria and scales for evaluating the frequency and financial impact for a construction project. Next, each factor is assessed from construction projects. Finally the analysis of important factor is calculated from evaluating the scores of frequency and impact. Based on the interview from professionals' experiences, the result highlights the three most important factors leading to change are owner, contractor and designer. Interestingly, most contractors are experienced on the responsibility of construction change. In addition to this result, the analysis of data from 76 data found that the most important factor leading to the change occurs from owner's requirement whereas the less important factor leading to the change is flood. The benefits of this research can help project managers to identify the important factors leading to change in structural work. | en_US |
