| Abstract: | การวิจัยรูปแบบการพัฒนาของศูนย์บ่มเพาะวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ในมหาวิทยาลัยโดยวัตถุประสงค์ ของโครงการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการดำเนินการของศูนย์บ่มเพาะวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในมหาวิทยาลัย และสถาบันวิจัยสถาบันการศึกษาต่างๆ โดยเป็นการศึกษาศักยภาพความพร้อมของสถาบัน เพื่อหาแนวทางการพัฒนา และเสนอแนะแนวทางและนโยบายในการเพิ่มศักยภาพของศูนย์บ่มเพาะ เพื่อการพัฒนาศักยภาพของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมให้ยั่งยืน วิธีการศึกษาวิจัยใช้วิธีการแจกแบบสอบถามให้กับนักศึกษาและผู้ประกอบการ ผู้บริหารในสถาบันการศึกษาและวิจัย อีกทั้งบัณฑิต และใช้วิธีการประชุม Focus Group วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ลึกและวิธีการ Public Hearing โดยใช้เวลาในการทำวิจัย 12 เดือน ผลการวิจัยยอมรับสมมุติฐานการศึกษา คือ ศักยภาพความพร้อมของสถาบันการศึกษา ในการเป็นศูนย์บ่มเพาะขึ้นกับความพร้อมของคณาจารย์มากกว่าเครื่องมือและห้องปฏิบัติการ ข้อเสนอแนะจากผลการวิจัย ควรพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานของศูนย์บ่มเพาะโดยเริ่มจากการเลือกผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจ การให้คำปรึกษา การฝึกอบรม การสร้างเครือข่าย การบริการ การติดตามประเมินผล และการวิจัย วิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาอุปสรรค เพื่อการพัฒนาศูนย์บ่มเพาะ ต้องดำเนินการทุกด้าน ตั้งแต่ด้านกลยุทธ์การบริหารงาน ด้านโครงสร้างการบริหารศูนย์บ่มเพาะและทีมที่ปรึกษา ด้านระบบต่างๆ เช่น ระบบการเงิน ระบบข้อมูล ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล ด้านทักษะของผู้บริหารศูนย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์ และทีมที่ปรึกษา ด้านรูปแบบการบริหาร และการมีส่วนร่วมจากทุกฝ่าย |
| Other Abstract: | The research is designed to study a pattern of development of an incubation center of small and medium size business established in a university. It focuses on the operation and potential incubation centers of the incubators and research institutes in this area in various university. It also provides recommendations for increasing potential of the incubation centers to become sustainable. As for the research method, questionnaires were distributed to students, business entrepreneurs, university administrators. Focus group meetings, indept interviews and public hearing were also employed. The duration of the study was 12 months. The study confirms the hypothesis that the potential of the incubation centers depends more on the readiness of the faculty staff than equipment and laboratories. The study suggests that the incubation centers should in the beginning focus an entrepreneur selection, giving advise, training, network building, services, evaluation, and research. To resolve problems connected with the development of incubators, they have to set up management strategy, management structure and advising teams. Financial management, information system, personnel management, management skills of the administrators, staff and advising teams should be developed. Participation in management by every department concerned should be encouraged. |
