| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษาเกี่ยวกับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาใน 4 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นระหว่างผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษาเกี่ยวกับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาใน 4 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษาระหว่างครูพลศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่การสอนในโรงเรียนเขตอำเภอเมืองกับครูพลศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่การสอนในโรงเรียนนอกเขตอำเภอเมือง โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ถามผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนรัฐบาลระดับมัธยมศึกษาใน 4 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ทุกโรงเรียน จำนวน 188 ฉบับ ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 176 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 93.60 เป็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 50 ฉบับ และเป็นของครูพลศึกษา 126 ฉบับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบียงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างโดยใช้ค่าที แล้วนำเสนอในรูปตารางประกอบความเรียง ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1. ขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาใน 4 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้อยู่ ในระดับสูง 2. ความคิดเห็นระหว่างผู้บริหารกับครูพลศึกษาเกี่ยวกับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาใน 4 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 3. ขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่การสอนในโรงเรียนเขตอำเภอเมืองกับครูพลศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติหน้าทีการสอนในโรงเรียนนอกเขตอำเภอเมืองไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research were to study the opinions of administrators and physical education teachers concerning physical education teachers’ morale in secondary schools in four southern border provinces; to compare the opinions between administrators and physical education teachers concerning physical education teachers’ morale in secondary schools in four southern border provinces, and to compare the physical education teachers’ morale between physical education teachers in Umphur Muang and physical education teachers in other Umphurs. One hundred and eighty eight questionnaires were sent to administrators and physical education teachers in all government secondary schools in four southern border provinces. One hundred and seventy six questionnaires, 50 from school administrators and 126 from physical education teachers, or 93.60 percent were returned. The data were then analyzed in terms of percentages, means and standard deviations. The t-test was also employed to determine the level of significant difference. It was found that: 1. The physical education teachers’ morale in secondary schools four southern border provinces was at the high level. 2. The opinions of administrators and physical education teachers concerning physical education teachers’ morale in secondary schools in four southern border provinces was significant difference at the .05 level. 3. The physical education teachers’ morale between physical education teachers in Umphur Muang and physical education teachers in other Umphurs was no significant difference at the .05 level. |
