| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของความเป็นปัจเจกนิยมและคติรวมหมู่ (Individualism (ind)-Collectivism (co)) เเละรูปแบบการนับถือศาสนา (Intrinsic (I)-Extrinsic (E)-Quest (Q) Religiousness) ต่อความสามารถในการฟื้นพลัง (Resilience) เเละการริเริ่มพัฒนาความงอกงาม ในตนเอง (Personal Growth Initiative) ในประชากรไทยโดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบุคคลทั่วไปที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 16-63 ปี จำนวน 159 คน ใช้มาตรวัดรูปแบบการนับถือศาสนา (Intrinsic-Extrinsic-Quest Religiousness / NIROR) พัฒนาจากมาตรวัดของ Francis (2007) มาตรวัดความเป็นปัจเจกนิยมและคติรวมหมู่ (Individualism-Collectivism) พัฒนาจากมาตรวัดของ Triandis (1995) มาตรวัดความสามารถใน การฟื้นพลัง (Resilience) พัฒนาจากมาตรวัดของ Biscoe & Harris (1994) และมาตรวัดการริเริ่มพัฒนาความงอกงามในตนเอง (Personal Growth Initiative) พัฒนาจากมาตรวัดของ Robitschek (2008) รวมสี่มาตรวัดในการเก็บข้อมูลตัวแปรจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จากนั้นนำตัวแปรต้นทั้งหมด (รูปแบบการนับถือศาสนาและปัจเจกนิยม-คติรวมหมู่) มาแบ่งให้เป็นกลุ่มที่ได้คะแนนสูงเเละต่ำเพื่อนำตัวแปรการนับถือศาสนาแต่ละประเภท (Intrinsic-Extrinsic-Quest Religiousness) มาจับคู่กับตัวแปรความเป็นปัจเจกนิยม (Individualism) เเละตัวแปรความเป็นคติรวมหมู่ (Collectivism) ได้เป็นตัวแปรจับคู่กลุ่มที่มีคะแนนสูง (I-Ind, I-Co, E-Ind, E-Co, Q-Ind, Q-Co) เเละตัวแปรจับคู่กลุ่มที่มีคะแนนต่ำ (i-ind*, i-co*, e-ind*, e-co*, q-ind*, q-co*) รวมทั้งหมด 12 ตัวแปร จากนั้นนำตัวแปรทั้งหมดมาวิเคราะห์ถดถอยหาความ สามารถในการทำนายตัวแปรตามความสามารถในการฟื้นพลังเเละการริเริ่มพัฒนาความงอกงามในตนเอง 1. การนับถือศาสนาภายใน (Intrinsic Religiousness) ส่งอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความสามารถในการฟื้นพลังอย่างมีนัยสำคัญแต่ไม่ส่งอิทธิพลต่อการริเริ่มพัฒนาความงอกงามในตนเอง 2. การนับถือศาสนาแบบสงสัย (Quest Religiousness) ส่งอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อทั้งตัวแปร ความสามารถในการฟื้นพลังเเละการริเริ่มพัฒนาตนเองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 3. ตัวแปรการนับถือศาสนาแบบสงสัยสูง (High-Quest Religiousness) จับคู่กับความเป็นปัจเจกนิยมสูง (High-Individualism) ส่งอิทธิพลต่อความสามารถในการฟื้นพลังอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 4. ตัวแปรการนับถือศาสนาภายในต่ำ (Low-Intrinsic Religiousness) จับคู่กับความเป็น ปัจเจกนิยมต่ำ (Low-Individualism) ส่งอิทธิพลทางลบต่อความสามารถในการฟื้นพลังเเละการริเริ่ม พัฒนาความงอกงามในตนเองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study the effects of Religious orientation (Intrinsic-Extrinsic-Quest religiousness) and Individual-Collectivism on Resilience and Personal growth initiative (PGI) in Thailand. 159 participants were asked to complete 132 Items of questionnaires which assessed Religious orientation, Individualism-Collectivism, Resilience and Personal Growth Initiative. Results shown that 1. There was a significant positive effect of Intrinsic religiousness on Resilience, but no significant effect on PGI. 2. Quest religiousness had positive effects toward both Resilience and PGI. 3. When pairing the High-Individualism group with High-Quest religiousness group, there was more positive effect on Resilience compared to Quest religiousness, but no significant effect on PGI. 4. When pairing the Low-Intrinsic religiousness group with the Low-Individualism group, there were negative effects on both Resilience and PGI. | en_US |
