| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อให้ผู้ที่สนใจในการลงทุนรวมทั้งกสิกรได้ทราบถึงต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนของการปลูกมันฝรั่งบนพื้นราบเฉพาะ 3 พันธุ์ คือ พันธุ์สปุนต้า พันธุ์เค็นนีเบค และพันธุ์รัสเซท เบอร์แบงค์ รวมทั้งทำการเปรียบเทียบต้นทุน และผลตอบแทนของแต่ละพันธุ์ด้วย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พันธุ์รัสเซท เบอร์แบงค์ จะมีต้นทุนการปลูกเฉลี่ย่ต่อไร่ และต้นทุนการปลูกเฉลี่ยต่อกิโลกรัมสูงสุด คือ 8,142.97 บาท และ 3.59 บาท ตามลำดับ รองลงมาคือ พันธุ์สปุนต้า จะมีต้นทุนการปลูกเฉลี่ยต่อไร่และต้นทุนการปลูกเฉลี่ยต่อกิโลกรัม เท่ากับ 7,159.94 บาท และ 2.49 บาท ตามลำดับ และพันธุ์เค็นนีเบค จะมีต้นทุนการปลูกเฉลี่ยต่อไร่และต้นทุนการปลูกเฉลี่ยต่อกิโลกรัมต่ำสุด คือ 6,139.18 บาท และ 2.40 บาทตามลำดับ ในด้านผลตอบแทน พันธุ์เค็นนีเบค ให้ผลตอบแทนจาการลงทุนอยู่ในระดับสูงสุด คือ ให้อัตราผลตอบแทนจาการลงทุนร้อยละ 52.21 และดัชนีการทำกำไรได้ เมื่อไม่คำนึงถึงดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้และคำนึงถึงดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้จะเท่ากันซึ่งเท่ากับ 1.87 ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากการปลูกมันฝรั่งพันธุ์เค็นนีเบคบนพื้นราบ ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายประเภทดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้เกิดขึ้น รองลงมาคือ พันธุ์สปุนต้า ให้อัตราผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนร้อยละ 29.68 และดัชนีการทำกำไรได้เมื่อไม่คำนึงถึงดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้และคำนึงถึงดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้เท่ากับ 1.41 และ 1.38 ตามลำดับ และพันธุ์รัสเชท เบอร์แบงค์ ให้ผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนอยู่ในลำดับต่ำสุด คือให้อัตราผลตอบแทนจาการลงทุนร้อยละ 14.53 และดัชนีการทำกำไรได้เมื่อไม่คำนึงถึงดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้และคำนึงถึงดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้เท่ากับ 1.16 และ 1.12 ตามลำดับ สรุปได้ว่า การปลูกมันฝรั่งบนพื้นราบ พันธุ์ที่ให้ผลตอบแทนอยู่ในลำดับสูงสุด คือ พันธุ์เค็นนีเบค | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this study is to furnish information to interested investors, including farmers, on cost and return on investment in growing on the plains potatoes of 3 particular species, namely, Spunta, Kennebec and Russet Burbank. The study also presents a comparison between cost and return of each species. Findings have shown that for the Russet Burbank species, the average cost of growing per rai and average cost per kilogram are the highest, i.e., 8,142.97 baht and 3.59 baht, respectively. The average cost of growing per rai and average cost per kilogram for the next species, Spunta, are 7,159.94 baht and 2.49 baht, respectively. For Kennebec species, the average cost of growing per rai and average cost per kilogram are the lowest, i.e., 6,139.18 baht and 2.40 baht, respectively. With regard to return on investment, the Kennebec strain gives the highest return at the rate of 52.21 per cent, whereas the profitability index is 1.87 whether or not interest on loan is taken into account, since on loan has been taken out to finance the Kennebec strain planting. The next species, Spunta, provides return at the rate of 29.68 per cent. The profitability index, if interest on loan is disregarded, is 1.41, and 1.38 if such interest is taken into account. The lowest return on investment goes to the Russet Burbank species. The return is at the rate of 14.53 per cent. The profitability index, if interest on loan is taken into account and if such interest is disregarded, are 1.16 and 1.12, respectively. A conclusion may be drawn from the above that in the matter of potato growing on the plains, the Kennebec species will yield the highest return on investment. | en_US |
