| Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการและการใช้ข้อสนเทศ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการสอนของครู/อาจารย์ ในด้านแหล่งข้อสนเทศ สาขาวิชา ภาษา ความทันสมัย รูปแบบ และลักษณะข้อสนเทศ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความต้องการและการใช้ข้อสนเทศ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ครู/อาจารย์ต้องการและใช้ข้อสนเทศแตกต่างกันด้านภาษา ความทันสมัย รูปแบบ แหล่งและลักษณะข้อสนเทศ ทั้งนี้โดยมีระดับความต้องการมากกว่าการใช้ ครู/อาจารย์ส่วนใหญ่ต้องการและใช้ข้อสนเทศที่ทันสมัยและที่เป็นภาษาไทย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง วารสารที่มีคำแนะนำจากผู้มีประสบการณ์ในแต่ละอาชีพโดยตรง ความรู้ที่ได้จากประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติจริง การดูงานในสถานประกอบการ และหนังสือตำรา ทั้งนี้ครู/อาจารย์ต้องการและใช้ข้อสนเทศจากสถานประกอบการ ห้างสรรพสินค้า แหล่งแฟชั่น ห้องโชว์เสื้อ บริษัทโฆษณา สถาบันที่ศึกษา ห้องสมุดโรงเรียนที่ทำงาน และแหล่งข้อสนเทศตัวบุคคล มากเป็นอันดับแรก โดยต้องการและใช้ข้อสนเทศที่เสนอแนวคิดให้รู้จักวินิจฉัยและตัดสินใจเอง ข้อสนเทศที่มีเนื้อหาตรงจุดประสงค์ ข้อสนเทศที่มีภาพประกอบ และข้อสนเทศที่เสนอเนื้อหาละเอียดครบถ้วนทุกด้าน และให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องในระดับมาก-มากที่สุด สำหรับสาขาวิชาพบว่า ครู/อาจารย์สังกัดคณะวิชาต่างๆ มีความต้องการและการใช้ข้อสนเทศสาขาวิชาต่างๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน ผลการวิจัยในด้านเพศ ระดับการศึกษา คณะวิชาที่สังกัด หลักสูตรที่สอน และระยะเวลาที่สอน พบว่าครู/อาจารย์ที่มีลักษณะดังกล่าวต่างกัน ต้องการและใช้ข้อสนเทศไม่แตกต่างกัน กล่าวคือ ครู/อาจารย์ ชายและหญิงต้องการและใช้ข้อสนเทศด้านรูปแบบและแหล่งเหมือนกัน ครู/อาจารย์ที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันต้องการและใช้ข้อสนเทศด้านภาษา รูปแบบ และแหล่งคล้ายคลึงกัน ด้านคณะวิชาที่สังกัดพบว่า ครู/อาจารย์ที่สังกัดคณะวิชาต่างกันต้องการข้อสนเทศด้านภาษา ความทันสมัย รูปแบบ แหล่ง และลักษณะข้อสนเทศเหมือนกัน แต่ด้านการใช้พบว่า มีการใช้ข้อสนเทศด้านความทันสมัยเท่านั้นที่แตกต่างกัน นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ครู/อาจารย์ที่สอนหลักสูตรต่างกัน ต้องการและใช้ข้อสนเทศด้านภาษา ความทันสมัย และรูปแบบไม่แตกต่างกัน เช่นเดียวกับครู/อาจารย์ที่มีระยะเวลาสอนต่างกัน |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of this study are: 1) to study the teachers’ information needs and uses for teaching purpose in terms of source, subject area, language, up to dateness, format as well as its other characteristics; and 2) to compare the teachers’ information needs and uses in those categories mentioned earlier. The results of this study indicate that the teachers’ information needs and uses vary in language, up to dateness, format, source and other characteristics. Nevertheless, the information needs are greater than the use. Most of the teachers need and use the recent recommended information about professional experiences especially published in Thai journals, actual practices, observation tours at the enterprises and textbooks. Besides their information needs and uses are from the enterprises, the department stores, fashion houses, dress makers, advertising companies, institution which they used to study, library and even individuals. Furthermore, other characteristics of information they need and use the most are: 1) suggested trend for one’s own decision making; 2) straight to the objectives; 3) with illustration; and 4) accurate and descriptive. In addition, it is found that information needs and uses of the teachers from each faculty are not different according to the subject area. According to sex, educational qualification, faculty, curriculum and the years of teaching, the teachers’ information needs and uses are not distinctive. Both male and female teachers need and use the same format and source of information. The teachers without or with diploma or bachelor’s degrees identically need and use in language, format and information source. For the faculty they belong, the teachers from different faculties are similar in the information need on the categories of language, up to dateness, format, source and other characteristics, but are different in the information use in only one category, and that is an up to dateness. Besides both of the teachers who teach in different curriculum and different in numbers of years of teaching do not need and use information on different language, up to dateness and format. |
