| Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) พฤติกรรมการใช้สวนสาธารณะในพื้นที่โดยรอบสถานีระบบขนส่งมวลชนทางราง (2) วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของตำแหน่งที่ตั้งของที่อยู่อาศัยและที่ทำงานกับการใช้สวนสาธารณะระดับย่านในพื้นที่โดยรอบสถานีระบบขนส่งมวลชนทางราง และ (3) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการใช้สวนสาธารณะในพื้นที่โดยรอบสถานีระบบขนส่งมวลชนทางราง โดยใช้สวนลุมพินีเป็นกรณีศึกษา มีวิธีการวิจัยด้วยการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากผู้มาใช้บริการสวนลุมพินี จำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง แล้วนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) สวนสาธารณะระดับย่านในพื้นที่โดยรอบสถานีรถไฟฟ้ามีผู้ใช้งานหลัก คือ ผู้ที่อาศัยในพื้นที่โดยรอบสถานี นั่นคือ ผู้ใช้สวนลุมพินีส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้ที่อาศัยอยู่ในคอนโดมิเนียมใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้าในระยะ 1 กิโลเมตร (2) ระยะห่างจากสถานีของที่อยู่อาศัยและที่ทำงานของผู้ใช้สวนลุมพินีที่แตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้สวนลุมพินีที่แตกต่างกันทั้งในด้านความถี่และวันที่ไปใช้สวน และ (3) เมื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความถี่ในการมาใช้สวน พบว่า ที่อยู่อาศัยอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้ามีผลต่อความถี่การใช้สวนลุมพินี โดยผู้ใช้สวนที่บ้านอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้ามาใช้สวนแห่งนี้เป็นประจำมากกว่าผู้ใช้สวนที่บ้านอยู่ไกลสถานี ทั้งนี้ มีข้อค้นพบที่สำคัญ คือ (1) ความถี่ในการใช้สวนสาธารณะขึ้นอยู่กับความใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้าไม่ว่าจะเป็นบ้านหรือที่ทำงาน (2) ผู้ใช้สวนที่ทำงานอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้าจะไม่ใช้รถไฟฟ้าในการเดินทางมาสวนสาธารณะ แต่ใช้รถยนต์เดินทางมาสวนสาธารณะแทนรถไฟฟ้า และ (3) สวนสาธารณะเป็นทางผ่านในการเดินทางกลับบ้านของผู้ที่ขับรถยนต์มาทำงาน |
| Other Abstract: | This research aims (1) to study the use of district parks located in surrounding area of mass transit stations. (2) to analyze the relationship between the location of the residence and workplace and the use of district parks. And (3) to examine the factors affecting the park use behavior. Lumphini Park was selected as a case study. In total, 400 users of Lumphini Park provided data by questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi square test, and multiple regression. The study found that (1) the main users of district parks located in surrounding area of mass transit station are the transit resident those living proximity to the station. The majority of Lumphini Park users lives in condominiums near mass transit station within 1 kilometer. (2) The distance of their residence and workplace from the station affects the use of Lumphini Park in terms of frequency and date. (3) Analysis of factors affecting the park use behavior found that the location of residence near the station have an effect on the use of Lumphini Park. The park users living near station come to the park more often than those living far from the station. Finally, the key findings of this study are (1) the frequency of park visiting depends on the location of residence or workplace proximity to the stations. (2) The park users working near station do not come to the park by mass transit. Rather, they come to the park by car. (3) The park is not their destination, it is the stopover on the way driving back home. |
