| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาปัญหาสังคมที่เกิดจากการจ้างแรงงานต่างด้าวที่ตลาดสี่มุมเมือง จังหวัดปทุมธานี ใช้ตัวแปร 6 ตัวในการศึกษา ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ รายได้ สถานภาพทางสมรส ระยะเวลาการทำงาน และหน่วยงานที่มีจำนวนแรงงาน โดยศึกษาที่ตลาดสี่มุมเมือง จังหวัดปทุมธานี ซึ่งได้สุ่มตัวอย่างนายจ้างที่มีการจ้างแรงงานต่างด้าว 199 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การค้นคว้าจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสังเกตทั่วไป การสัมภาษณ์อย่างไม่เป็นทางการ การสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึกเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ได้มาประกอบการวิเคราะห์ จากนั้น นำมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าทางสถิติ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS/PC ค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์คือ ค่าไค-สแควร์ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 สมมติฐานของการวิจัย คือ 1.แรงงานต่างด้าวเพศชายจะก่อปัญหาสังคมสูงกว่าแรงงานต่างด้าวเพศหญิง 2. แรงงานต่างด้าวที่มีอายุน้อยจะก่อปัญหาสังคมสูงกว่าแรงงานต่างด้าวที่มีอายุมาก 3. แรงงานต่างด้าวที่มีรายได้ต่ำจะก่อปัญหาสังคมสูงกว่าแรงงานต่างด้าวที่มีรายได้สูง 4. แรงงานต่างด้าวที่มีสถานภาพโสดจะก่อปัญหาสังคมสูงกว่าแรงงานต่างด้าวที่สมรสแล้ว 5.แรงงานต่างด้าวที่มีระยะเวลาการทำงานนานจะก่อปัญหาสังคมสูงกว่าแรงงานต่างด้าวระยะเวลาการทำงานไม่นาน 6.แรงงานต่างด้าวที่ทำงานให้หน่วยงานที่มีแรงงานจำนวนมากจะก่อปัญหาสังคมสูงกว่าแรงงานต่างด้าวที่ทำงานให้หน่วยงานที่มีแรงงานจำนวนน้อย จากการศึกษาผลการวิจัยพบว่า ยอมรับสมมติฐาน ข้อที่ 1,2,3,5,6 และปฏิเสธสมมติฐานข้อที่ 4 | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The main purpose of this research was to study the social problems caused by employment of foreign workers by using six variables namely : sex , age , income, marital status, period of work, the working unit which consist of workers. The See-Moom-Muang Market in Pathumthani Province was chosen for this study. One hundred and ninety-nine employers were selected as the sample size. The data was analyzed by using questionnaire, documentary research, general observation, informal interview, in-depth interview. Analysis of data was conducted by using SPSS/PC program to calculate percentage, means and hypotheses testing by chi-square with the level of significance at 0.05. The hypotheses were as follows: 1.Male foreign workers will cause social problems higher than female foreign workers. 2. Young foreign workers will cause social problems higher than old foreign workers. 3. Low income foreign workers will cause social problems higher than high income foreign workers. 4. Single foreign workers will cause social problems higher than the married foreign workers. 5. Long working period foreign workers will cause social problems higher than short working period foreign workers. 6. Foreign workers who work in the working unit which consist of a lot of workers will cause social problems higher than foreign workers who work in the working unit which consist of less workers.
