dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาเครื่องมือและมาตรวัดความรู้สึกแสวงหาสิ่งตื่นเต้นเร้าใจฉบับภาษาไทย และตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติทางการวัดคือความเที่ยง และความตรงของมาตรวัดในกลุ่มเด็กนักเรียนอายุ 12 - 18 ปี ในกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อสร้างเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของมาตรวัดความรู้สึกแสวงหาสิ่งตื่นเต้นเร้าใจในกลุ่มเด็กนักเรียนที่มีอายุ 1 2 -1 8 ปี ในกรุงเทพมหานคร 3) เพื่อหาปัจจัยระหว่างตัวแปรของอายุ, เพศ และบุคลิกภาพ ที่มีผลต่อมาตรวัดความรู้สึกแสวงหาสิ่งตื่นเต้นเร้าใจ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าค่าความเที่ยงที่ได้จากความคงที่ภายในของนักเรียนทั้งหมดเท่ากับ .869 และค่าความเที่ยงที่ได้จากการทดสอบซ้ำมีค่าเท่ากับ .785 ความตรงในเนื้อหาจากการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบพบว่ามี 4 องค์ประกอบที่ใช้ร่วมกันในการอธิบายความรู้สึกแสวงหาสิ่งตื่นเต้นเร้าใจได้แก่ ด้านความรู้สึกชอบในสิ่งที่ตื่นเต้น เร้าใจ และเสี่ยงภัย ด้านประสบการณ์ในการแสวงหา หรือสำรวจสิ่งแปลกใหม่ ด้านลักษณะที่ไม่มีการยับยั้งชั่งใจ หรือข่มใจ และด้านความรู้สึกไวต่อความน่าเบื่อหน่าย นอกจากนี้ได้สร้างเกณฑ์มาตรฐานโดยใช้คะแนนมาตรฐาน ที และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อมาตรวัดความรู้สึกแสวงหาสิ่งตื่นเต้นเร้าใจ พบว่าปัจจัยด้านเพศนั้นค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนในนักเรียนชายสูงกว่านักเรียนหญิงทุกด้านยกเว้นด้านความรู้สึกชอบในสิ่งที่ตื่นเต้นเร้าใจและเสี่ยงภัย โดยแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ .05 สำหรับปัจจัยด้านอายุพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยของนักเรียนเมื่อจำแนกตามอายุมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และปัจจัยทางด้านบุคลิกภาพนั้นคะแนนความรู้สึก แสวงหาสิ่งตื่นเต้นเร้าใจทั้งด้านรวมและด้านย่อยมีความสัมพันธ์กับบุคลิกภาพแบบแสดงออก และแบบอ่อนไหวทางอารมณ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01en_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe research is the descriptive study design that aims to 1.) to develop The Sensation Seeking Scale manual in Thai version and to investigate the reliability and validity of Sensation Seeking Scale among the 1 2 - 1 8 years old students in Bangkok Metropolitan. 2.) to establish the Sensation Seeking Scale norms for the students mentioned above, and 3.) to study the relationship between factors of age, sex, personality and sensation seeking. The result has been revealed that the internal consistency reliability coefficients of Sensation Seeking Scale were .869 in students. The test/re-test reliability coefficients for Sensation Seeking Scale was ,785The principle factor analysis study of Sensation Seeking Scale yielded 4 factors that are Thrill and Adventure Scale Experience Seeking Scale Disinhibition Scale and Boredom Susceptibility Scale. The standard norm construction used standard T - score. Male students showed higher scores than female students at statistical significant p<.01, p<.05 in all aspect scales except scale of Thrill and Adventure Seeking. For age differences, the score between groups did differ statistical significantly p<.01. The level of Sensation Seeking related to people who have neuroticism and extraversion personality at the level of statistical significance p<.01en_US
