dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการการนิเทศงานวิชาการภายในโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เขตการศึกษา 1 ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสำรวจความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารและครูจำนวน 659 ได้รับคืนฉบับที่สมบูรณ์จำนวน 628 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 95.30 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์โดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS หาค่าร้อยละเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพของผู้ตอบ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความรู้ความเข้าใจในการปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารและครู แล้วนำมาหาระดับความต้องการการนิเทศงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารและครู ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้บริหาร ส่วนใหญ่ มีความต้องการรับการนิเทศงานวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในด้านหลักสูตรและการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ด้านการส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน ด้านห้องสมุด ด้านการวางแผนและกำหนดวิธีดำเนินงานและด้านการประชุมอบรมทางวิชาการ มีความต้องการรับการนิเทศงานวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับน้อย ในด้านการเรียนการสอนและด้านวัสดุหลักสูตรและเอกสารประกอบหลักสูตร ครูผู้สอนส่วนใหญ่มีความต้องการรับการนิเทศงานวิชาการอยู่ในระดับปานกลางในด้านหลักสูตรและการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านการส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน ด้านห้องสมุด ด้านการวางแผนและกำหนดวิธีดำเนินงานและด้านการประชุมอบรมทางวิชาการ มีความต้องการรับการนิเทศงานวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับน้อย ในด้านวัสดุหลักสูตรและเอกสารประกอบหลักสูตร-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this study was to study the needs for academic supervisory tasks of administrators and teachers in primary schools under the jurisdiction of the office of the National Primary Education Commission Education Region One. Six hundred and fifty-nine copies of questionnaires were distributed to the school administrators and teachers in 271 schools. Then six hundred and twenty-eight copies or 95.30 percent were completed and returned. Data were analyzed by computer program of SPSS for using percentage, arithematic means and standard diviation. Research findings were as follows: Most of the administrators’ needs for academic supervisory tasks were at the moderate level concerning curriculum and curriculum implementation, supporting to learning and teaching, measurement and evaluation, school library, planning and assignment of procedure of working and academic in-service training. Needs for academic supervisory tasks were at the low level concerning learning and teaching and supplementary materials and instructional media. Most of the teachers’ needs for academic supervisory tasks were at the moderate level concerning curriculum and curriculum implemention, learning and teaching, supporting to learning and teaching, measurement and evaluation, school library, planning and assignment of procedure of working and academic in-service training. Needs for academic supervisory tasks were at the low level concerning supplementary materials and instructional media.-
