| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดของทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัย และการบริหารโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน 2. ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนตามแนวคิดทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัย 3. นำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนตามแนวคิดทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัย ใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะ โดยการศึกษาจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องจำนวน 11 ฉบับ ตรวจความเหมาะสมของกรอบแนวคิดโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย แบบศึกษาเอกสารและแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของกรอบแนวคิด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลกรอบแนวคิดโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ประชากร คือ โรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนในกทม ที่จัดการศึกษาเฉพาะระดับอนุบาล จำนวน 71 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหาร 71 คน ครู 124 คน ผู้ปกครอง 168 คน รวม 363 คน เครื่องมือ คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น ฐานนิยม การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกอย่างมีโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิด 1.1) ทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัยได้แก่ 1. ทักษะทางอารมณ์-จิตใจ 2. ทักษะทางการคิด 3. ทักษะทางสังคม 1.2) การบริหารโรงเรียนอนุบาลได้แก่ 1. การบริหารหลักสูตรปฐมวัย 2.การบริหารงานบุคลากรทางการศึกษาปฐมวัย 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนตามแนวคิดทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัย ได้แก่ ความต้องการจำเป็นโดยภาพรวมที่มีลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุด คือ การบริหารงานบุคลากรทางการศึกษาปฐมวัย (PNI 0.585) และการบริหารหลักสูตรปฐมวัย (PNI 0.566) โดยมีลำดับดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นรายด้านดังนี้ การบริหารงานบุคลากรทางการศึกษาปฐมวัย ได้แก่ การให้แรงเสริมเพื่อตอบแทนผู้บริหาร ผู้สอนและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาปฐมวัย การคัดเลือกผู้บริหาร ผู้สอนและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาปฐมวัย การพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการศึกษาปฐมวัย การออกแบบโครงสร้างองค์กรและงาน การบริหารหลักสูตรปฐมวัย ได้แก่ การบริหารความสัมพันธ์ของผู้ปกครองและชุมชน การประเมินพัฒนาการและการเรียนรู้ของเด็ก การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทางการเรียนรู้ สื่อของเล่น และแหล่งเรียนรู้ การจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดทักษะชีวิตปฐมวัย และลำดับดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นของทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัยในภาพรวม ที่มีลำดับความต้องจำเป็นสูงที่สุด คือ ทักษะทางสังคม ทักษะทางการคิด และทักษะทางอารมณ์ - จิตใจ ตามลำดับ 3) แนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนตามแนวคิดทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัย มี2แนวทางหลัก 9แนวทางรอง ดังนี้ พัฒนาการบริหารบุคลากรมุ่งพัฒนาทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัย และ พัฒนาการบริหารหลักสูตรปฐมวัยมุ่งพัฒนาทักษะชีวิต และ 1. ยกระดับการให้แรงเสริมเทียบเท่าอาชีพที่ทรงคุณค่า เพื่อตอบแทนผู้บริหาร ผู้สอน และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีผลงานการสร้างเสริมทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัยทั้ง 3 ด้าน 2. ปรับปรุงการ สรรหาและคัดเลือกผู้บริหาร ผู้สอนและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการสร้างเสริมทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัยทั้ง 3 ด้าน 3. ปรับปรุงการพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการศึกษา เพื่อสร้างเสริมทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัยทั้ง 3 ด้าน 4. ปรับปรุงการออกแบบโครงสร้างการบริหารโรงเรียน เพื่อให้เอื้อในการสร้างเสริมทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัยทั้ง 3 ด้าน 5. ปรับปรุงการบริหารความสัมพันธ์ของผู้ปกครองและชุมชน เพื่อให้เกิดการสร้างเสริมทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัยทั้ง3ด้าน 6. ปรับปรุงการประเมินพัฒนาการและการเรียนรู้ของเด็กให้สอดคล้องกับการสร้างเสริมทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัยทั้ง 3 ด้าน 7. ปรับปรุงการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทางการเรียนรู้ สื่อของเล่น และแหล่งเรียนรู้ เพื่อสร้างเสริมทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัยทั้ง 3 ด้าน 8. ปรับปรุงการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ เพื่อสร้างเสริมทักษะเด็กปฐมวัยทั้ง 3 ด้าน และ 9. ปรับปรุงการพัฒนาหลักสูตรโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดทักษะชีวิตเด็กปฐมวัยทั้ง 3 ด้าน |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research is to 1. study the concept of early childhood life skills and private kindergarten school management 2. study Priority Needs Index of private kindergarten school management based on the early childhood life skills concept 3. present a kindergarten school management approach based on the early childhood life skills concept using the Multiphase Mixed Method Research studied from 11 relevant documents. The conceptual framework is validated by 5 qualified persons. The tools consist of the document study form and conceptual framework validation form. The conceptual framework is analyzed by the frequency distribution. The samples of the current and desired conditions are dedicated private kindergartens in Bangkok. The data is collected from 71 executives, 124 teachers, 168 parents, being 363 persons in total. The tools used to analyze the current and desired conditions are a questionnaire on the development approach for private kindergarten school management based on early childhood life skills and a feasibility evaluation form of the development approach for private kindergarten school management (draft) based on preschool life skills. The analytical statistics consist of the frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, priority needs index, mode, content analysis, and structured informal in-depth interview. The result reveals that 1) conceptual framework 1.1) early childhood life skills consist of 1. Emotional skills 2. thinking skills 3 social skills 1.2) private kindergarten school management consisting of 1. Early childhood program management 2. Early childhood human resource management 2) the current and desired conditions of private kindergarten school management based on the concept are as the following. The current condition in general is at the medium level. The desired condition in general is at the highest level. Overall, the highest priority needs are the early childhood Human resource management (PNI 0.585) and the early childhood program management (PNI 0.566) with the priority need index in each aspect as the following. The early childhood Human resource management consists of the incentives for the executives’ teachers and personnel, the selection of the executives’ teachers and personnel, the early childhood Human resource management development and organizational structure and work design. The Early Childhood program management consists of community and parent relation management, child development and learning evaluation, learning environment setting, educational toys and resources, learning experience, educational program development. The overall highest priority need index of early childhood life skills consists of the social skills, thinking skills, and emotional skills respectively 3) the Development Approach for Private kindergarten school management based on early childhood life skills concept consists of 2 main approaches that are 1)the early childhood human resource management that aims to improve early childhood life skills 2) the early childhood program development that aims to improve early childhood life skills. The 9 secondary approaches consist of 1. improving the incentives to be on par with other revered professions to reward the executives’ teachers and personnel who contribute in improving the early childhood life skills. 2. improving the selection and recruitment of the executives’ teachers and personnel that focus on improving the early childhood life skills 4. improving the organizational structure design of the school to enable the improvement of the early childhood life skills. 5. improving the community and parent relation to enable the improvement of the early childhood life skills. 6. improving the development and learning evaluation process to support the early childhood life skills. 7. improving the learning environment setting, educational toys, and resources to improve the early childhood life skills. 8. improving the learning experience to improve the early childhood life skills. 9. improving the school program development based on the early childhood life skills concept. |
