dc.description.abstract	ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อบทบาทของ สำนักงานกงอทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพด้านการกีฬาและการออกกำลังกาย เพื่อสุขภาพในสถานศึกษา ในด้านต่างๆ ดังนี้ ด้านนโยบาย ด้านแผนงาน ด้านการพัฒนาโครงการที่ขอสนับสนุนเงินทุน ด้านหลักเกณฑ์การสนับสนุนโครงการ ด้านการพัฒนารูปแบบและการประชาสัมพันธ์ ด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการ รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายปกครอง หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ปีการศึกษา 2548 จำนวน 999 คนทั่วประเทศ ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้น เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยตนเองและทางไปรษณีย์ นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าทางสถิติทั้งหมดด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เอสพีเอส ฟอร์วินโดว์ (SPSS : Statistical Package for the Social Science for Window) เพื่อหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และใช้ไคว์สแควร์เปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ทั้ง 5 ภูมิภาคด้วยความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แล้วนำเสนอข้อมูลในรูปตารางประกอบความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การรับรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อบทบาทของ สำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ที่เกี่ยวกับโครงการกีฬาและการออกกำลังกายเพื่อสุขภาพในสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. การรับรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาทั้ง 5 ภูมิภาคต่อบทบาทของ สำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ที่เกี่ยวกับโครงการกีฬาและการออกกำลังกายเพื่อสุขภาพในสถานศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To study and compare the education institution administrators' perception of the roles of the Thai Health Promotion Foundation in sports and exercises for health in education institutions regarding policies, plans, fund raising project development, project support criteria, development approaches and public relations, as well as evaluation. The sample was composed of directors, deputy directors for academic affairs, deputy directors for student affairs, and heads of health and physical education subject group of schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Ministry of Education, in the academic year of B.E. 2548 for the total amount of 999 nationwide. Mail and personal surveys were done using the researcher's constructed questionnaires. The data collected were then analyzed using SPSS to calculate means and percentages. A chi-square test was also used to compare the perception of those administrators in five different geographical regions, whether their perception differing statistically significantly at the .05 level. The findings in the research show 1. The Education institution administrators' perception of the roles of the Thai Health Promotion Foundation in sports and exercises for health in education institutions was at a medium level. 2. The perception of the roles of the Thai Health Promotion Foundation in sports and exercises for health in education institutions of those administrators in five different geographical regions were not statistically significant at the .05 level.	en
