| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนก้องฟ้าวัฒนาวิทย์ตามแนวคิดการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ 2) นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการในโรงเรียนก้องฟ้าวัฒนาวิทย์ตามแนวคิดการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 5 คน และครู 72 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่แบบสอบถาม เรื่อง แนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนก้องฟ้าวัฒนาวิทย์ตามแนวคิดการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของร่างแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนก้องฟ้าวัฒนาวิทย์ตามแนวคิดการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ โดยสถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี ความต้องการจำเป็น ฐานนิยม และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนก้องฟ้าวัฒนาวิทย์ตามแนวคิดการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ({u1D465}̅ = 2.81) และมากที่สุด ({u1D465}̅ = 4.65) ตามลำดับ โดยด้านที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุด คือ การจัดการเรียนการสอน (PNI [Modified] = 0.77) รองลงมา คือ การวัดผลประเมินผล (PNI [Modified] = 0.63) และด้านที่มีลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นต่ำที่สุด คือ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร (PNI [Modified] = 0.56) 2) แนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนก้องฟ้าวัฒนาวิทย์ ตามแนวคิดการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ มีทั้งสิ้น 3 แนวทางหลัก ซึ่งเรียงลำดับตามความต้องการจำเป็น ดังนี้ แนวทางที่ 1 สนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน สภาพบรรยากาศ สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ เพื่อให้เกิดการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจจากเป้าหมาย แนวทางที่ 2 พัฒนาระบบการวัดผลประเมินผลให้เป็นตามสภาพจริง ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจจากการขับเคลื่อน และแนวทางที่ 3 พัฒนาและบูรณาการหลักสูตรโดยการดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็น โดยเน้นในด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจจากการกระตุ้น |
| Other Abstract: | This study was descriptive research, and its purpose were: 1) to study the current and the desirable states and a need assessment of academic administration of Kongfawattanawit school based on the concept of Nurturing Inspiration approach 2) a need assessment of academic administration of Kongfawattanawit school based on the concept of Nurturing Inspiration approach. Sample population was Kongfawattanawit school, and the informants consisted of 77 people including administrators and teachers by purposive sampling. The research instrument was a rating-scaled questionnaire about a need assessment of academic administration of Kongfawattanawit school based on the concept of nurturing inspiration approach and the reliability is 1.00. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean and PNI [Modified]. The research finding was found that: 1) overall, the current and desirable states of academic management of Kongfawattanawit School based on the concept of nurturing Inspiration approach was at medium level (x̅ = 2.81) and the highest level ({u1D465}̅ = 4.65). The data was analyzed by PNI [modified], which revealed that the first priority need was the teaching and learning management (PNI [modified] = 0.77), followed by evaluation (PNI [modified] = 0.63), and curriculum development (PNI [modified] = 0.56) was the least priority need. The were 3 approaches, for developing academic management of Kongfawattanawit School based on the concept of nurturing inspiration. The approaches sorted by priority needs index were (1) Support teaching activities, atmosphere, media and learning resources for nurturing inspiration from goals (2) Develop a system of actual state assessment in nurturing inspiration by dynamic (3) Develop and integrate curriculum by analyze a need assessment on nurturing inspiring by motivation. |
