dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรที่มีผลต่อขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูอาสาสมัครการศึกษานอกโรงเรียนที่ปฏิบัติงานใน 4 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ระหว่างกลุ่มที่มีภูมิหลังต่างกัน ในเรื่อง อายุ เพศ วุฒิการศึกษา ศาสนา และภูมิลำเนา 7 ด้าน คือ ด้านลักษณะและสภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านค่าจ้าง เงินเดือน และผลประโยชน์เกื้อกูล ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนและเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านการบังคับบัญชาของผู้บริหารในหน่วยงาน ด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ด้านการได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ และด้านสถานภาพทางสังคม กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยเป็นครูอาสาสมัครการศึกษานอกโรงเรียนใน 4 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ คือ ปัตตานี ยะลา นราธิวาส และสตูล จำนวน 328 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน 2 ทาง และทดสอบความแตกต่าง โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูอาสาสมัครการศึกษานอกโรงเรียนใน 4 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับ ตัวแปรในการปฏิบัติงานทั้ง 7 ด้าน ที่มีผลต่อขวัญในการปฏิบัติงาน ปานกลาง (X = 3.27) โดยมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรด้านสถานภาพทางสังคม มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (X = 3.57) และด้านค่าจ้างเงินเดือน และผลประโยชน์เกื้อกูล มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด (X = 2.68) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูอาสาสมัครการศึกษานอกโรงเรียนใน 4 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ระหว่างกลุ่มที่มีภูมิหลังต่างกันพบว่า ครูอาสาสมัครการศึกษานอกโรงเรียนที่มี อายุ และวุฒิการศึกษาแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรที่มีผลต่อขวัญแตกต่างกัน ส่วนครูอาสาสมัครการศึกษานอกโรงเรียนที่มีเพศ ศาสนา ภูมิลำเนาแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรที่มีผลต่อขวัญไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของตัวแปรด้าน อายุ เพศ และวุฒิการศึกษากับตัวแปรศาสนา โดยวิธีวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน 2 ทาง แล้วพบว่า ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่ตัวแปรระหว่างภูมิลำเนากับศาสนาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05en
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were to study and compare the opinions of non-formal volunteer teachers in the four southern border provinces among groups with different backgrounds in variable ages, sexes, religions, education qualifications and birthplace; on seven aspects variables afftecing their working morale, namely working conditions, salary and benefits, relations with the community and collegues, their superiors, work security recognition, respect from the others, and social status. The population was 328 volunteer teachers working in non-formal education centers in the four southern border provinces. Questionnaires were applied in data collection. The data were analyzed by arithmatic mean, standard deviation, two-way analysis of variance and Secheffe' test. The finding of the study revealed that the volunteer teachers in the four southern border provinces had the opinions on all variables at a moderate level (X = 3.27). The highest opinion was given to the aspects variables on social status (X = 3.57), while lowest aspects variables was on salary and benefit (X = 2.68). When comparing the opinions among groups with different backgrounds, ages and education qualifications variables was difference, but in comparing the different backgrounds on sexes, religions, and birthplace their was no difference. When analyzing on the different variables on ages, sexes, and education qualifications, with variable on religions by two-way analysis of variance, there was no significant difference at .05 level, but the variable between birthplaces and religions, there was a significant difference at .05 levelen
