dc.description.abstract	ผลการวิจัยนี้ พบว่า ผู้บริหารการศึกษาระดับจังหวัด อำเภอ และนักวิชาการศึกษาจังหวัด มีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่า บทบาทที่นักวิชาการศึกษาจังหวัดปฏิบัติในงานด้านต่างๆ ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ในระดับมากและปานกลาง โดยปรากฏว่าในงานข้อมูลแผนงานและโครงการ และงานประสานและการใช้ทรัพยากรร่วมกันมีการปฏิบัติในระดับมาก ส่วนงานตรวจนิเทศและติดตามผล และงานกิจจการพิเศษมีการปฏิบัติในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชากรทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม ในงานทั้ง 4 ด้าน พบว่า บทบาทที่นักวิชาการศึกษาจังหวัดได้ปฏิบัติในงาน 2 ด้าน คือ งานข้อมูลแผนงานและโครงการ และงานประสานงานและการใช้ทรัพยากรร่วมกัน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานการวิจัย แต่ในงานอีก 2 ด้าน คือ งานการตรวจนิเทศและติดตามผล และงานกิจการพิเศษ พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งคัดค้านกับสมมติฐานการวิจัย จึงได้ทำการทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ (Scheffe) ต่อไป สำหรับการศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานของนักวิชาการศึกษาจังหวัด ปรากฏผลการวิจัยว่า ทุกงานมีปัญหาอุปสรรคในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นด้านกิจการพิเศษ พบว่ามีปัญหาอุปสรรคในระดับน้อย
dc.description.abstractalternative	The research findings are as follows: The education administrator both at province and district levels and provincial academic officer were of the opinions that roles of the provincial academic officers in 4 categories of work were at high and medium levels. It was shown that work of the data was at high level while supervising and following up, and special task was at medium level. When compare between 3 group of population in 4 categories of work, it was found out that roles that provincial academic officer have played in two categories the data for planning and programming, coordination and joint utilization of resources have no statistically significant difference which comply with hypothesis. For the other two categories of work the findings are as follows: Supervising and following up. For the special project, there was statistically significant difference at 0.5 level. It did not comply with hypothesis and the test of Scheffe method concerning the study of problems and obstacles of provincial academic officers, there were problems at the medium level in very work except for the special project, the problems were at the lower level.
