dc.description.abstract	วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ เราได้เสนอแบบแผนการตัดสินใจการแฮนด์ออฟแนวตั้งภายใน โครงข่ายสื่อสารเคลื่อนที่แบบวิวิธพันธุ์ โดยพิจารณาค่าตำแหน่ง และความเร็วจากระบบดาวเทียม GPS (Global Positioning System) ในการคำนวณช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสมในการแฮนด์ออฟและใช้ FQDA (Fuzzy-Logic Theory Based Quantitative Decision Algorithm) เพื่อประเมินสมรรถนะของระบบ โดยพิจารณา ค่าความแรงของสัญญาณ ค่าปริมาณช่องสัญญาณที่ระบบสามารถรองรับได้ ค่าบริการ และ ค่าคาดหวังทางเวลาในระบบ เพื่อการตัดสินใจเลือก เทคโนโลยีปลายทางที่ดีที่สุดในการแฮนด์ออฟ ในวิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ เราได้ทดสอบแบบแผนการตัดสินใจ โดยการจำลองสถานการณ์แบบเหตุการณ์เต็มหน่วย โดยเปรียบเทียบแบบแผนการตัดสินใจที่เสนอกับแบบแผนการตัดสินใจแบบสุ่ม แบบแผนการติดสินใจแบบอิงค่าความแรงสัญญาณ และแบบแผนการตัดสินใจแบบ FQDA โดยพิจารณาเฉพาะค่าความแรงของสัญญาณ ค่าปริมาณช่องสัญญาณที่ระบบสามารถรองรับได้ และค่าบริการ ผลการทดสอบแสดงให้เห็นว่าแบบแผนที่เสนอสามารถนำมาใช้ในการควบคุม จำนวนครั้งการแฮนด์ออฟ โหลดทราฟฟิกที่รองรับได้ ความน่าจะเป็นของการติดขัดสำหรับการเรียกที่เกิดใหม่ ความน่าจะเป็นของการติดขัดสำหรับการเรียกที่เกิดจากการแฮนด์ออฟ และการกระจายทรัพยาการทรังค์ นอกจากนี้แบบแผนที่เสนอยังช่วยปรับปรุง จำนวนครั้งการแฮนด์ออฟ โหลดทราฟฟิกที่รองรับได้ และการกระจายทรัพยาการทรังค์ให้ดียิ่งขึ้น	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	In this thesis, we propose Vertical Handoff Decision within Heterogeneous Mobile Communication Networks. Firstly, the proposed scheme uses position and velocity data from GPS to consider the proper moment to trigger the handoff. Secondly, the proposed uses Fuzzy-Logic Theory Based Quantitative Decision Algorithm (FQDA) to evaluate the performance of the candidate networks by consider receive signal strength, available bandwidth, cost of service and residual time to select the best target network. To evaluate the performance of proposed scheme, an elaborated discrete-event simulation experiment has been carried out. A comparison of the proposed scheme has been made with random scheme, RSS based scheme and FQDA without RT scheme. The obtained results suggest that the proposed scheme can efficiently control the number of handoff, carried traffic, blocking probability, dropping probability and trunk resource distribution. Moreover, the proposed scheme can achieve significant improvements in number of handoff, carried traffic and trunk resource distribution.	en_US
