dc.description.abstract	The research objective was to develop a structured interview for assessing team orientation. Team effectiveness was criterion variables in this study. Participants were 28 employees in agribusiness industry, 15 and 13 participants were nominated as high and low team effectiveness. Psychometric properties has been investigated with the interrater reliability of .79 and alpha coefficients of .84 and .78 (for 2 interviewer respectively). Concurrent validation with known group technique showed the statistically significant difference of interviews score between high and low team effectiveness participants. Significant correlation between interview score and team effectiveness ( r = .38, p < .05) were evidence of criterion related validity.	en_US
