dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจและเปรียบเทียบปรัชญาการศึกษาตามความต้องการของอาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูในสหวิทยาลัยอีสาน-เหนือ และสหวิทยาลัยอีสาน-ใต้ นอกจากนี้ยังมุ่งเปรียบเทียบและหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปรัชญาการศึกษาในระดับภาคและระดับชาติ ตามความต้องการของอาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูในสหวิทยาลัยอีสาน-[เหนือ] และสหวิทยาลัยอีสาน-ใต้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมีจำนวน 435 คน เป็นอาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูในสหวิทยาลัยอีสาน-เหนือ และสหวิทยาลัยอีสาน-ใต้ ที่ทำการสอนในปีพุทธศักราช 2529 ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. ปรัชญาการศึกษาตามความต้องการของอาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูในสหวิทยาลัยอีสาน-เหนือ และสหวิทยาลัยอีสาน-ใต้ ในระดับชาติโน้มไปทางลัทธิพิพัฒนาการนิยมในระดับประถมศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษาลัทธิปฏิรูปนิยมในระดับอุดมศึกษา ลัทธิพุทธปรัชญาการศึกษาในระดับอาชีวศึกษา และลัทธิปฏิรูปนิยม เมื่อรวมทุกระดับการศึกษา 2. อาจารย์มีความต้องการปรัชญาการศึกษาทั้งระดับภาคและระดับชาติ ในด้านจุดมุ่งหมายการศึกษา องค์ประกอบของการศึกษาและกระบวนการเรียนการสอน โดยส่วนรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. อาจารย์มีความต้องการปรัชญาการศึกษาทั้งระดับภาคและระดับชาติแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในลัทธิพุทธปรัชญาการศึกษา 4. ความต้องการปรัชญาการศึกษาของอาจารย์ในระดับภาคและระดับชาติไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research study were twofold: to survey and compare educational philosophy according to the needs of teachers college instructors in the United Colleges of Isan-Nua and Isan-Tai, and to compare and determine relationship between educational philosophy at the regional level and national level. The sample of the study was composed of 435 instructors in the United Colleges of Isan-Nua and Isan-Tai in the academic year 1986. The findings of this research were as follows: 1. The national level educational philosophy according to the needs of teachers college instructors in the United Colleges of Isan-Nua and Isan-Tai tended towards Progressivism at the primary and secondary levels. Reconstructionism at the tertiary level, Buddism at the vocational level, an Reconstructionism when all levels were combined. 2. There were overall statistically significant differences at the level of .01 in the structors’ needs for regional and national level educational philosophy in terms of educational goals, components of education and teaching and learning process. 3. There were overall statiscally significant difference at the level of .05 in the instructors’ needs for regional and national level educational philosophy in terms of Buddhism. 4. There were no statistically significant correlation between the instructors’ needs for educational philosophy at the regional level and at the national level.	en_US
