dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของบุคลิกภาพที่มีต่อความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของบุคลากรทีมสุขภาพโรงพยาบาลอ่างทอง และเพื่อศึกษาข้อมูล ส่วนบุคคล ภาวะสุขภาพจิต บุคลิกภาพ และความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของบุคลากรทีมสุขภาพในโรงพยาบาลอ่างทอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ บุคลากรทีมสุขภาพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลอ่างทองในช่วงเวลาที่เก็บข้อมูลขนาด ตัวอย่างจำนวน 365 คน เครึ่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลแบบสอบคัดกรองภาวะสุขภาพจิตแบบทดสอบบุคลิกภาพ แบบประเมินความฉลาดทางอารมณ์วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์กับตัวแปรโดย Unpair t-test, ANOVA วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะสุขภาพจิต บุคลิกภาพ ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์โดย Pearson's Product ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างบุคลากรทีมสุขภาพโรงพยาบาลอ่างทองที่ศึกษา จำนวน 365 คน เป็นเพศหญิง อายุอยู่ในช่วง 26-40 ปี มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสูงสุด มีสถานภาพคู่ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.97 โดยมีประสบการณ์การทำงานอยู่ในช่วง 1 -10 ปี มีลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติเป็นระดับผู้ปฏิบัติ พบว่ามีบุคลิกภาพชอบแสดงตัว คิดเป็นร้อยละ 28.22 บุคลิกภาพที่มีความมั่นคงทางอารมณ์ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 25.34 บุคลิกภาพแบบอ่อนไหวทางอารมณ์ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 24.66 บุคลิกภาพชอบเก็บตัว คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 21.78 และพบว่าความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของบุคลากรทีมสุขภาพ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าดะแนนเฉลี่ยปกติ ยกเว้น ในกลุ่มอายุ 26-60 ปี ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ด้านเก่งมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับคะแนนเฉลี่ยปกติ องค์ประกอบย่อยความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ด้านเก่ง แรงจูงใจและสัมพันธภาพ องค์ประกอบย่อยความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ด้านสุขและพอใจชีวิตมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยตํ่ากว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยปกติ บุคลากรทีมสุขภาพ อายุ18-25 ปี มีภาวะสุขภาพจิตสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระตับสูงกับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ (r =.857) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ p<0.01 เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรสประสบการณ์การทำงาน ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ภาพอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติ p<0.05 บุคลิกภาพแสดงตัวมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระตับระตับสูง (r =.655) บุคลิกภาพแบบอ่อนไหวมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ (r =.591)อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ ระตับ p<0 .01 บุคลากรทีมสุขภาพ อายุ 26-60 ปี มีภาวะสุขภาพจิตสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงกับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ (r =.962) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ p<0.01 เพศ อายุ ระดับการคิกษา ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ p<0.05 สถานภาพสมรส ประสบการณ์การทำงาน มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิต p<0.01 บุคลิกภาพแสดงตัวมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับระดับสูง (r =.475) บุคลิกภาพแบบอ่อนไหวมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ (r =.527) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ p<0 .01
dc.description.abstractalternative	This research is a narrative research at a time has its objective to study relation between personality and emotional intelligence of healthy team personnels at Angthong Hospital As well as to study personnal data, mental health, personality and emotional intelligence of healthy team personnels at Angthong Hospital. The samplings are 365 healthy team personnel working at Angthong hospital at the time of data collecting. The instrument are personal questionnaire, mental health status screening test form, personality test, emotional intelligence evaluation form. Data are analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation. Relation to variation in analyzed with unpair t-test, ANOVA. Relation among mental health status, personality, emotional intelligence with Pearson’s Product. The result revealed that the samplings of 365 healthy team personnel at Angthong hospital mostly were female between 26-40 years of age, bechelor's degree education, marriage, with 1-10 year work experience, having working status of operator, extraversion personality is 28.22% stability personality is 25.34%, neuroticism personality is 24.66%, introversion personality is 21.78%. It is also found that emotional intelligence of health team personnels had average scores higher than regular average scores except in the group of 26-60 years old whose emotional intelligence of good work had average scores equal to regular average scores. Component of emotional intelligence of good work, motivation and relationship, component of emotional intelligence of happiness of life had average scores lower than regular average scores. Health team personnel of 18-25 years had positive related mental health in high level with emotional intelligence (R=.857) statistical significance p<0.01, sex, age, education, marital status, work experience. Type of work related to emotional intelligence of statistical significance p<0.05, extraversion personality had positive relation in high level (R=.655), neuroticism personalities had positive relation in medium level (R=.591) at statistical significance at p<0.01. Health team personnel of 26.60 years had positive related mental health in high level with emotional intelligence (R=.962) statistical significance p<0.01, sex, age, education, type of work had related to emotional intelligence statistical significance of p<0.05. Marital status and work experience related to emotional intelligence of statistical significance p<0.01. Extraversion personalies had positive relation in medium level (R=.475). Neuroticism personality medium level to emotional intelligence (R=.527) at statistical significance of p<0.01
