dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่งเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของบุคลิกภาพที่ มีต่อความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของพลทหารใหม่ในสังกัดกองทัพเรือและเพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล บุคลิกภาพ และความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของพลทหารใหม่ในสังกัดกองทัพเรือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพลทหารใหม่ในสังกัด กองทัพเรือ ขนาดตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบทดสอบบุคลิกภาพ แบบประเมินความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์กับตัวแปรโดย Unpaired t-test, ANOVA วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลิกภาพ ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ โดย Pearson's Product ผลการศึกษา พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างพลทหารใหม่ในสังกัดกองทัพเรือที่ศึกษา จำนวน 400 คน เป็นเพศชาย อายุอยู่ในช่วง 21-29 ปี มีระดับการศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นสูงสุด มีสถานภาพโสดคิดเป็นร้อยละ77.8 ผลการทดสอบ บุคลิกภาพพบว่ามีบุคลิกภาพชอบแสดงตัวคิดเป็นร้อยละ 48.8 บุคลิกภาพชอบเก็บตัวคิดเป็นร้อยละ 51.2 บุคลิกภาพแบบอ่อนไหวทางอารมณ์คิดเป็นร้อยละ 48.5 บุคลิกภาพแบบมั่นคงทางอารมณ์คิดเป็นร้อยละ 51.5 และผลการทดสอบความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ พบว่าความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของพลทหารใหม่ในสังกัดกองทัพเรือ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยในระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยระดับปกติ บุคลิกภาพต่อความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของพลทหารใหม่ในสังกัดกองทัพเรือ พบว่าบุคลิกภาพชอบ แสดงตัว ( Scale-E) ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ กับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ (r = 0.223) ที่ระดับ P < .001 และ บุคลิกภาพแบบอ่อนไหวทางอารมณ์ (Scale-N) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบ กับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ (r = -0.366) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ P < .001 ด้านปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่าปัจจัยด้าน ศาสนา อาชีพก่อนเข้ามาเป็นทหาร รายได้ก่อนเข้ามาเป็นทหาร การฝึกจากครูฝึก มีความสัมพันธ์กับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ P < .001 ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมาชิกในครอบครัวมี ความสัมพันธ์ กับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ P < .05 ความอดทนทางด้านร่างกาย ความอดทนทางด้านจิตใจ มีความสัมพันธ์ กับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ ระดับ P < .01	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	This purpose of this research was to study the relationship between personality and emotional intelligence of the naval recruits in the Royal Thai Navy. This study was conducted with a sample size of 400 recruits. The instruments used were personal questionnaires, personality tests and emotional intelligence evaluation forms. Data was analyzed using percentage, mean and standard deviation. The relationship between these variables was discovered using unpaired t-tests, ANOVA Relation among personality test as well as the Pearson's Product Test. The results revealed that the test group consisted mostly of males between the ages of 21 and 29, had high school education, were single, had introverted personalities and were almost as equally stabile as they were neurotic. It was found that the emotional intelligence of the Navy Recruits was average overall. Personalities of the Naval Recruits were very much related with their emotional intelligence. Scale-E had no relation with respects to emotional intelligence(r = 0.223, statistical significance p<.001) and Scale-N was inversely related with emotional intelligence(r= -0.366, statistical significance p <0.01), religion, previous work experience, income and quality of their naval training all had statistical significance with respects to emotional intelligence (p<.001). Furthermore, family relationships were found to be significant with respects to emotional intelligence (statistical significance p<.05) as was physical endurance and mental stability (p<.01).	en_US
