dc.description.abstract	ศึกษาภาวะจิตสังคมของผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาวเป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง (Cross sectional descriptive) โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative research) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาวอายุ 12-15 ปี ที่มารับการรักษาที่คลินิกโรคมะเร็งในเด็ก แผนกผู้ป่วยนอกกุมารเวช โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ในช่วงเวลาตั้งแต่เดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2548 ถึงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2549 จำนวน 12 ราย เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกและการบันทึกเทปใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ภาวะจิตสังคมที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาถอดความแบบคำต่อคำ และนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ภาวะจิตสังคมของผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาวอายุ 12-15 ปี ประกอบด้วยส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3 ด้านใหญ่ๆ คือ ด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ และสังคม ด้านร่างกายพบว่าเมื่อผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาว ต้องเผชิญกับความเจ็บปวดอันเป็นผลจากโรค และจากการได้รับหัตถการตามแผนการรักษา ทำให้ผู้ป่วยเด็กรู้สึกทุกข์ทรมานกับความเจ็บปวดที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่งผลถึงด้านจิตใจของผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาว จะเกิดความรู้สึกเบื่อหน่าย กังวล กลัว สูญเสียภาพลักษณ์ และโอกาสที่จะดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันอย่างปกติเหมือนเพื่อนๆ วัยเดียวกัน ผู้ป่วยเด็กทุกคนต้องมีการปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นดังกล่าว เมื่อผู้ป่วยเด็กได้รับแรงสนับสนุน กำลังใจ ตลอดจนการดูแลเอาใจใส่จากครอบครัว เพื่อน ครู และบุคลากรสุขภาพ ผู้ป่วยจะเกิดกำลังใจที่ดี และสามารถผ่านพ้นวิกฤตการณ์ต่างๆ ไปได้ด้วยดี มีความคาดหวังที่จะหายจากโรค มีความหวังต่ออนาคตข้างหน้าต่อไป ดังนั้นการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาวต้องอาศัยองค์ประกอบทางด้านจิตสังคม ที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นการดูแลแบบผสมผสาน เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาวสามารถเผชิญกับโรคได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
dc.description.abstractalternative	To describe psychosocial of children with Leukemia Age 12-15 yrs. A cross sectional descriptive qualitative research methodology was applied in this study. Particiants were 12 patients with Leukemia, Aged range 12-15 years, Who received treatment from Ramathibodi Hospital. Data were collected by in-depth. The interviews were tape recorded and transcribed verbatim. The Colaizzi's method (1978 cited in Streubert and Carpenter, 2003) was applied for data analysis. Tindings revealed that the psychosocial aspects of leukemia patients aged between 12-15 years, consist of 3 major aspects which are physical aspect, mental aspect and social aspect. In terms of the psysical aspect, it was found that the leukemia patients suffered from the disease and procedures in the treatment program, therefore the children suffered from continuous pain and it affected the leukemia patients' minds since they felt tired, worried, afraid of losing images and opportunities in living normal life, like other children at the same age. All children had to adjust themselves to such changes. When the children received inspiration, will power and care from the family, friends, teachers and health officers, they were inspired to pass all situations well, conquer the disease and have plan for their future. As such, taking care of leukemia patients depends on relevant psychosocial aspects and it is a combination of treatment so that the leukemia patients can conquer the disease effectively.
