dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง แบบสองกลุ่มวัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความสุขสบายของผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งที่ได้รับการรักษาแบบประคับประคองก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการพยาบาลประคับประคองแบบฮิวแมนนิจูด 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความสุขสบายของผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งที่ได้รับการรักษาแบบประคับประคองระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการพยาบาลประคับประคองแบบฮิวแมนนิจูดกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ได้รับการรักษาแบบประคับประคอง ที่มารับบริการ ณ หอผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลมะเร็งอุบลราชธานี โดยคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มี คุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดจำนวน 44 คู่ แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 22 คู่ กลุ่มควบคุม 22 คู่ โดยการ จับคู่อายุ การวินิจฉัยโรค ประเภทของหอผู้ป่วยที่พักรักษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ โปรแกรมการพยาบาลประคับประคองแบบฮิวแมนนิจูด โดยใช้แนวคิดฮิวแมนนิจูดของ Gineste & Marescotti (2008) ผ่านการตรวจสอบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดย ใช้แบบสอบถามความสุขสบายของผู้ป่วย ( Hospice Comfort Questionnaire) ของ Novak, Kolcaba, Steiner, and Dowd (2001) ฉบับภาษาไทยแปลโดยยุพิน ถนัดวณิชย์ (Tanatwanit, 2011) มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.80 สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งที่ได้รับการรักษาแบบประคับประคองหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการพยาบาลประคับประคองแบบฮิวแมนนิจูดมีความสุขสบายมากกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งที่ได้รับการรักษาแบบประคับประคองกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการพยาบาลแบบฮิวแมนนิจูดมีความสุขสบายมากกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลแบบปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this quasi-experimental research were to 1) compare the comfort of older persons with palliative care among an experimental group before and after undergoing Palliative Care Nursing Program by Humanitude and 2) compare the comfort of older persons with palliative care among an experimental group who underwent the program and a control group who received only conventional nursing care. The participants were 44 cancer older persons with palliative care who met the inclusion criteria. They were randomly assigned into one experimental group with 22 subjects and a control group with 22 subjects, matched by age, diagnosis, environment. The Humanitude concept (Gineste & Marescotti, 2008) was applied to develop the intervention program. The control group received routine nursing care. The experimental group receiving Palliative Care Nursing Program by Humanitude was tested for content validity by the experts. The data collecting instrument was the Hospice Comfort Questionnaire translated into Thai by Yupin Tanatwanit (2011) with the reliability of 0.8 and the data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Major findings were as follows: 1. Comfort among cancer older persons with palliative care after participating Palliative Care Nursing Program by Humanitude were significantly higher than before using Palliative Care Nursing Program by Humanitude, at p .05 level. 2. Comfort among older persons with palliative care who participated with Palliative Care Nursing Program by Humanitude were significantly higher than the control group, at p .05 level.
