dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการดำเนินโครงการศึกษาอิสระ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาระ การดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน อำเภอไทรน้อย จังหวัดนนทบุรี ก่อนและหลังการใช้ โปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครอบครัวผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนในเขต อำเภอไทรน้อย จังหวัดนนทบุรี ซึ่งได้รับการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดไว้ จำนวน 20 ครอบครัว เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ โปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัวซึ่งพัฒนา โดยจิราพร รักการ(2549) ตามแนวคิดของ Anderson et al.(1980) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้ แบบ วัดภาระการดูแล เครื่องมือกำกับการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถามความรู้สำหรับผู้ดูแลและผู้ป่วย ซึ่งเครื่องมือทุกชุดได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน เครื่องมือ 3 ชุดหลังมีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .92 และ KR-20 เท่ากับ .86 และ .85 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของภาระการดูแลก่อนและหลัง ดำเนินโครงการโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (Dependent t-test) ผลการศึกษาที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ คะแนนภาระในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของผู้ดูแลทั้งโดยรวม และ รายด้าน คือ ภาระเชิง ปรนัยและเชิงอัตนัย หลังการใช้โปรแกรมสอนสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัวต่ำกว่าก่อนใช้โปรแกรม สอนสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัวอย่างมีใวัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (t= 19.47, 17.10 และ 13.11 ตามลำดับ)
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this independent project study was to compare caregiving burden of caregivers of schizophrenic patients in community, Sainoi district, Nonthaburi province, before and after the utilization of family psycho-education program. A purposive sample of 20 families of schizophrenic patients incommunity, Sainoi distric, Nonthaburi province, that met the inclusion criteria were recruited. The instrument utilized in this study was a family psycho-education program which was developed by Jirapom Rakkam (2549) based on Anderson’s psychoeducation concept (1980). Data was collected using the caregivers burden instrument. The monitoring instruments were knowledge test for caregiver and schizophrenia patient. All instruments were examined for content validity by 3 professional experts. Reliability of the three latter instruments were reported using Chronbach’s Alpha coefficient as of .92 and KR-20 as of .86 and .85 respectively. Frequency, mean, standard deviation and dependent t-test were used for data analysis. Major findings were as follows : The total score as well as objective and subjective domain of caregiving burden of caregivers of schizophrenic patients after using the family psychoeducation program was significantly lower than that before at p 0.05 level (t = 19.47, 17.10 and 13.11 respectively).
