dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ก่อนและหลังการให้สุขภาพจิตศึกษาแก่ผู้ดูแลและผู้ป่วยจิตเภท กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภท สถาบันจิตเวชศาสตร์สมเด็จเจ้าพระยา จำนวน 20 ราย และผู้ดูแล 20 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ โปรแกรมการให้สุขภาพจิตศึกษาแก่ผู้ดูแลและผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ซึ่งผู้ศึกษาปรับมาจาก การให้สุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว ของ สุภาภรณ์ ทองดารา (2545) และผ่านการตรวจความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดย ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยใช้แบบประเมินความสามารถในการคำเนินชีวิตประจำวัน มีค่าความเที่ยง Cronbach’s AIpha เท่ากับ .84 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของความสามารถในการคำเนินชีวิตประจำวัน ของจิตเภทหลังดำเนิน โครงการ โดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (paired t-test) ผลการศึกษาที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ ความสามารถในการคำเนินชีวิตประจำวันของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท หลังการให้สุขภาพจิตศึกษาแก่ผู้ดูแลและผู้ป่วยจิตเภท สูงกว่าก่อนได้รับการให้สุขภาพจิตศึกษาแก่ผู้ดูแลและผู้ป่วยจิตเภท อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study was to compare the scores of daily function abilities of schizophrenic patients in Somdet Chaopraya Institute of Psychiatry before and after using psycho-education program to caregivers and schizophrenic patient. Research sample were 20 schizophrenic patients and caregivers in Somdet Chaopraya Institute of Psychiatry, who met the inclusion criteria. The study tool was psycho-education program to caregivers and schizophrenic patients which was modified from the tool of Supapron Tongdara (2002) and validated by 3 experts. The data was collected by using daily function abilities measurement that had a Cronbach's Alpha of .84. Frequency, mean, standard deviation and paired t-test were used for data analysis. Major findings were as follows: The daily function abilities of schizophrenic patients in Somdet Chaopraya Institute of Psychiatry after using psycho-education program was significantly higher than that before the experiment, at the .05 level.
