| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับมารยาทเครือข่ายของผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เนต และเพื่อนำเสนอมารยาทเครือข่ายของผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เนต กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีประสบการณ์ด้านการใช้งานและการสอนอินเทอร์เนต หรือเขียนตำราเอกสารทางวิชาการที่เกี่ยวกับอินเทอร์เนตจำนวน 25 ท่าน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบอกต่อ ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคเดลฟาย โดยให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญแสดงความคิดเห็น จำนวน 3 รอบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้รอบแรกเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ รอบที่ 2 และ 3 เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับมารยาทเครือข่ายของผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เนต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ โดยกำหนดข้อความที่เป็นมารยาทเครือข่ายได้ต้องมีค่ามัธยฐานเท่ากับหรือมากกว่า 3.5 และมีค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์เท่ากับหรือน้อยกว่า 1.5 ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในรอบสุดท้ายทำให้ได้ข้อความที่เป็นมารยาทเครือข่ายของผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เนตสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารกับเครือข่าย ผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เนตควรใช้ชื่อบัญชีอินเทอร์เนตและรหัสผ่านของตนเองในการติดต่อกับเครือข่าย รวมถึงการมิให้บุคคลอื่นใช้ชื่อบัญชีอินเทอร์เนตและรหัสผ่านของตน 2) ด้านการใช้ข้อมูลบนเครือข่าย ผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เนตไม่ควรแอบอ้างนำผลงานของผู้อื่นมาเป็นของตน และไม่นำเรื่องส่วนตัวของผู้อื่นไปเผยแพร่ก่อนได้รับอนุญาต 3) ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารกับผู้ใช้ ผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เนตไม่ควรนำความลับ เรื่องส่วนตัวของผู้อื่นมาเป็นหัวข้อในการสนทนา รวมถึงการหลีกเลี่ยงการใช้ภาษาที่เป็นการดูถูก เหยียดหยาม ศาสนา วัฒนธรรมและความเชื่อของผู้อื่น 4) ด้านระยะเวลาในการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เนต ผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เนตควรคำนึงถึงระยะเวลาในการติดต่อกับเครือข่ายและเลือกติดต่อกับเครือข่ายในช่วงเวลาที่ต้องการใช้งานจริงเท่านั้น 5) ในด้านการเผยแพร่ข้อมูล ข่าวสารต่างๆ ลงบนเครือข่าย นอกจากการที่ผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เนตจะคำนึงถึงมารยาทดังกล่าวข้างต้นแล้ว ผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เนตควรตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความเป็นจริงของข้อมูล ข่าวสารต่างๆ ก่อนนำเสนอบนเครือข่าย รวมถึงการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์ หลีกเลี่ยงการนำเสนอข้อมูล ข่าวสารที่อาจมีผลกระทบต่อบุคคล หรือขัดต่อศีลธรรมและจริยธรรมอันดีงาม |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of the study was to obtain the opinions from the experts and to present the netiquette for the Internet users. The methodology used to generate group consensus was the Delphi technique. A group of 25 internet experts was selected using snow-ball sampling. The data were collected by three rounds of Delphi questionnaires. The first round was performed by direct interview. The second and the third rounds consisted of the netiquette for the Internet users. The median and the interquartile ranges were used to analyse the data. Findings were considered as netiquette when the median value was equal to or more than 3.5 and the interquartile range was equal to or less than 1.5 The final analysis were resulted as netiquette. They were ; the Internet users should use their own Internet account name and password for communicating with network and should not allow other users to use his or her private Internet account name and password ; the Internet users should not copy others works and should not reveal personal work of other users without permission ; the Internet users should not bring the secret or other private matters to be a topic in conversation and should avoid the language which may offend on other religions, cultures and beliefs ; the internet users should be aware of the timing while communicating with the network and should connect to the network only when necessary ; Internet users should investigate and check the information before revealing to the Internet and should avoid distributing information which might effect other people or might be conflicted with public morals. |
